Clinical And Experimental Study On Therapy Of Puberal Functional Uterine Bleeding With "Zishen Guchong Decoction"

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism on treatment of puberal functional uterine bleeding with Zishen Guchong Decoction. Method:Clinical study: 60 cases of puberal functional uterine bleeding were divided radomly into two groups: Treatment group (treated by taking Zishen Guchong Decoction); Control group (treated by taking Gongxuening). The change of patients'clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory check(such as the serum Ca2+ level ,6-keto-PGF1αand TXB2 in the menstrual blood,etc) and thickness of endometrium were observed. Experimental study: Choose healthy rats, taking medicine by groups, respectively observing the effect of bleeding and clotting time,estrin receptor, compared with control group; observing the effect of strengthing uterus contraction before and after. Result: clinical study: clinical symptoms were both improved, there were significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. The ratio of obvious treatment of Zishen Guchong Decoction is 83.3% , while that of compared group is 46.7% with P<0.05. the serum Ca2+ level, 6-keto-PGF1αand TXB2 in the menstrual blood,etc and thickness of endometrium were all improved with P < 0.05, P <0.01.Experiment study: Zishen Guchong Decoction has good efficiency of reducing bleeding and clotting time,estrin receptor and strengthing uterus contraction. Conclusion:Zishen Guchong Decoction can obviously treat kidney Yin deficiency mood of puberal functional uterine bleeding.
