The Effect Of Survival Quality Via Jianpi Xiezhuo Method Combined With Chinese Medical Health Management Treated For Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease At Stagy 3-4

Objective: To explore the effect of survival quality after Jianpi Xiezhuo method combined with Chinese Medical Health management treated for chronic Kidney Disease at stagy 3-4 by the theory of Qi descend-ascending movment;Encourage patients to join the whole course of disease management and fully mobilize the subjective initiative of the patients;To develop new thoughts of differentiation for early CKD patients and provide more clinical basis on Chinese medicine in improving the survival quality and prognosis of patients with CKD.Methods: 60 DLBP patients from the First Affiliated Hospital to Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University accord with western medicine diagnostic standard of with K / DOQI guidelines for CKD at 3-4 stage,and diagnosed with Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and Wet Muddy syndrome by Chinese differentiation,were chosen to be randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 patients in each group.The control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine plus conventional Chinese medicine,the treatment group was given Jianpi Xiezhuo herbal medicine prescription and Chinese Medical Health management on the basis of the basic treatment of Western medicine,the observation time was 24 weeks.All the information of patients were collected before entering the group,including the name,gender,age,chronic Kidney Disease,other basic information and CKD staging data.The SF-36 scale,the total quality of life score,the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the curative effect of disease and the changes of Scr,BUN,e GFR,ALB,PA and HB in the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed statistically.The serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(HB)were recorded before and after treatment.The patients were instructed to fill in the quality of life table.Results:(1)Comparison of quality of life: the dimension of the treatment group before and after treatment was significantly different(P<0.05 or P<0.01),PF,RP,GH,BP,RE,MH dimensions of the control group were significant difference(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment in GH,RE,MH dimension has significant difference(P<0.05),the total quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment in the two groups to compare the total quality of life has significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group the total quality of life and GH,RE,MH dimension is better than the control group.(2)Comparison of laboratory indexes: Scr,EGFR,BUN,ALB,HB,PA of the treatment group were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),HB and PA of the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance in two groups after the treatment,Scr,EGFR,BUN,ALB,PA(P < 0.05),HB was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the curative effect of TCM Syndrome: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.34% and 70% respectively,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of the curative effect of disease: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 66.67% respectively,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Xiezhuo method combined with Chinese Medical Health management treated for chronic Kidney Disease at stagy 3-4 can improve the quality of their life and the clinical symptoms and nutritional status effectively,postpone the progression of renal function and improve the prognosis of the disease.
