| Research background:Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)has a high incidence and low awareness rate,which has become a public health problem that needs to be actively prevented and addressed in China.It is estimated that there are 120 million people diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in China,and 15%of them have GFR<60ml/min/1.73m2,and the average annual dialysis medical expense is about 100,OOOyuan,which brings a heavy burden for China' s medical insurance.In addition,China' s current supply of kidney is in short supply,so it has become an urgent problem to take effective measures to delay the development of kidney disease and reduce the number of patients with end-stage kidney disease.Numerous clinical observations have demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively protect renal function and delay the onset of end-stage renal disease.Therefore,in the context of the new era,the better use of traditional Chinese medicine to delay the progress of kidney disease,has become the focus for us to work hard.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of "Jianpi Yishen prescription”on patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3 spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome,and to prove its effective in this disease and provides theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 38 patients who were admitted to the department of nephrology and nephrology outpatient department of the fourth clinical medical college of guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine(shenzhen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine)from May 2018 to December 2018 and diagnosed as stage 3 CKD meeting the inclusion criteria were collected All patients with western medicine foundation treatment,at the same time to oral the Jianpi Yishen prescription,4 weeks for a period of treatment,continuous observation of two period of treatment,this study is a before and after treatment the patient' s own control study,observation indexes mainly for patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral change,secondary indicators for serum creatinine levels,uric acid,urea nitrogen,glomerular filtration rate.Relevant data were collected and statistically analyzed.Patients who take part in the group have been told the details about this study condition,and signed the informed consent.Result:(1)Among the 38 patients included in this study,1 patient went to another hospital for renal biopsy treatment due to his own reasons 2 weeks after enrollment and lost follow-up,1 patient offered to terminate the experiment due to his inability to adhere to the traditional Chinese medicine.The number of patients finally included in the statistical analysis was 36.(2)efficacy indicators:After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom integral was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),the total clinical effective rate was 83.33%,suggesting that "Jianpi Yishen prescription " can improve the clinical symptoms of CKD stage 3 patients and improve the clinical effect.(3)observation indexes:After treatment,the serum creatinine,uric acid and glomerular filtration rate of the patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P=0.01).In terms of urea nitrogen,there was no significant improvement after treatment compared with before treatment,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical observation,it was found that after the treatment of "Jianpi Yishen prescription”for patients with CKD stage 3,the TCM syndrome score,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and uric acid were all significantly improved.To sum up,it suggests that the prescription for "Jianpi Yishen prescription" combined with basic western medicine has a good effect on patients with CKD stage 3. |
