1-4 Of .122 Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease Patient Survival Quality Research

【Objective】:This study used the World Health Organization quality of life table to evaluate the quality of life of 122 patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)stage 1-4 and to explore the impactation of factors related to quality of life of CKD.60 patients with CKD stage 1-4 were treated by Integrated Treatment and western medicine treatment to observate the improvement of quality of life in patients with CKD with the integrated treatment.【Methods】:1 122 patients with CKD stage 1-4 and 63 healthy people completed WHOQOL-BREF.Comparing the quality of life between the two groups and discussing the impactation of related factors to quality of life.2 60 patients with CKD stage 1-4 were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given dietary guidance,western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given dietary guidance,western medicine treatment and TCM treatment.Both groups treatment four weeks.Completed WHOQOL-BREF before and after treatment.The differences of the quality of life of two groups were compared.【Result】:1 The quality of life of patients with CKD in the six fields below the healthy population(p＜0.01,p＜0.05).2 The quality of life of patients with CKD in physical field of male are higher than female(p＜0.05).3 There are no differences between different age groups in all aspects of integration(p＞0.05).4 There are differences between Patients with different education in the fields of physiology,psychology,environment and the overall quality of life(p＜0.01,p＜0.05).5 There are differences between different course groups in the field of environment(p＜0.01).6 The quality of life of normal renal function groups in the field of physiology,psychology,the overall quality of life and overall health are higher than those in the integral renal failure group(p＜0.01).7 The kidney-yin deficiency in the field of physiology and the overall quality of life of patients with high points than the deficiency(p＜0.01).8 The quality of life of treatment group in the field of physiology and psychology are higher than the control group after treatment(p＜0.05).【Conclusion】:1 The quality of life of Chronic kidney disease are lower than healthy people.2 The quality of life are affected by Sex,education,course,renal function and card type of chronic kidney disease in varying degrees.3 The improvement of quality of life of treatment group are higher than control group in the field of physiology and psychology.
