Clinical Research Of Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Syndrome Of Wet Depressed In The Bowel With The Treatment Of Changbing Decoction

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Changbing Decoction syndrome of wet depressed in the bowel of Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,provide a reference for the further understanding of wet depressed in the bowel of Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome and clinical medicine,and provide a new basis for clinical application and research development of Changbing Decoction.Methods: 40 patients were selected from whom were diagnosed with syndrome of wet depressed in the bowel of Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome by Department of Gastroenterology,Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine inpatient ward during Feb.2017 to Aug.2017.Divided the 40 patients into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal compound Changbing Decoction treatment,and the control group was treated with Pinaverium Bromide Tablets treatment.The two groups of patients were2 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,and clinical cure patients for a period of 3 months of follow-up.Analysis of TCM Syndromes of two groups were compared,the TCM symptoms score,IBS-SSS scale score,the scores of QOL and PRO scale and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)score of17,and to observe the long-term efficacy drugs.Results: 1.After analysis and comparison,there were no significant differences in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the two groups of patients with different TCM syndrome points were reduced,and the treatment group of TCM syndrome score significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.The treatment group compared with the control group and the total symptom score of patients before treatment were decreased,and the patients in the treatment group after treatment the total symptom score decreased significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The treatment group compared with the control group and the IBS-SSS scale score of patients before treatment were decreased,and the patients in the treatment group after treatment IBS-SSS scale score decreased significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).5.The 20 patients were recovered in 4 cases of the treatment group,7 cases were cured,7 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was90% control group 20 patients were cured in 2 cases,4 cases were cured,7cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 65%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Before intervene,it shows no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the treatment group IBS-QOL 8 dimensions.After a course of treatment,the treatment group shows that except for the family relationships and heterosexual concept give no significant change,the rest show a significant difference(P<0.05).7.Before intervene,it shows no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the treatment group PRO 5 dimensions.After a course of treatment,the treatment group shows that four of the projects show a significant difference(P<0.05).8.The patients in the two groups before and after treatment,HAMA and HAMD-17 scores in two groups of patients with HAMA and HAMD-17 scores had no statistically significant difference between before treatment.As not statistically significant(P>0.05),the patients in the treatment group after treatment HAMA and HAMD-17 scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).9.To schedule after the treatment of two groups of exact curative effected patients were followed up for 3 months,2 cases of 18 patients in the treatment group were followed up for disease recurrence,the recurrence rate was11.1%;13 patients in control group were 6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate is 46.2%.The 2 test,the recurrence rate of control group was significantly higher than the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Changbing Decoction in the treatment of the syndrome of wet depressed in the bowel of Diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome has clinical curative effect,good safety,and can improve the patient's anxiety and depression to a certain extent,improve the quality of life of patients it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
