Objective: To analyze the difference of lumbar pelvic parameters between normal people and lumbar disc herniation patients. And to explore the effect of rotary reduction maneuver on sagittal balance of lumbar pelvis in LDH patients. Methods: From 2017.01 to 2018.02 at the Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.the First Affiliated Hospital of orthopedics clinic and building experts were diagnosed as L4/5LDH patients 30 cases as treatment group.all the patients before and after treatment by rotary manipulation shooting a lumbar radiographs.30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group only shot a lumbar lateral film.will capture all lateral radiographs according to before treatment.treatment group after treatment in treatment group and control group separately labeled measurement parameters of the lumbar spine and pelvis including Pelvic incidence(PI).Sacral slope(SS).Pelvic tilt(PT).Lumbar lordosis(LL).L1 tilt angle(L1T).Lumbar angle(LA).the lumbar angle of the collected information and data for statistical analysis. Results: The comparison between the two groups in Age and Gender and BMI showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of the lumbar spine and pelvis parameters had significant difference(P < 0.05).SS and PT before and after the treatment of LL and LA was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and there was no significant difference of L1T(P > 0.05).The correlation analysis of the parameters of each group showed that there was a strong correlation between normal PI and SS and PT.and there was a moderate correlation between PI and LA.and there was no obvious correlation between PI and LL and L1 T.There is a strong correlation between SS and LL.and there is a moderate correlation between SS and LA.and SS has no obvious correlation with PT and L1 T.There was no obvious correlation between PT and LL.LA and L1 T.and there was no obvious correlation between LL and LA and L1 T.LA is weakly correlated with L1 T.There is a strong correlation between PI and PT in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. There is a weak correlation between PI and LL.PI has no obvious correlation with SS LA and L1 T.There is a strong correlation between SS and LL.There is a moderate correlation between SS and PT and LA.and there is no significant correlation between SS and L1 T.There is a moderate correlation between PT and LA.and there is no significant correlation between PT and LL and L1 T.There is a moderate correlation between LL and LA.and LL has no significant correlation with L1 T.There was no significant correlation between LA and L1 T.Conclusion: 1.LDH patients are more PI than normal people.SS and LL are smaller. And PI is larger.SS and smaller LL are more likely to suffer from LDH.2.The rotation reduction technique has significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of LDH.3.Rotation reduction has an indirect effect on the lumbar vertebra pelvic parameters by helping LDH patients to establish spinal rebalance.
