Objective:Observe the influence of pelvic parameters after treating lumbar disc herniation with lever positioning technique and clinical The analysis of the effect provides a certain clinical basis for the abnormality of pelvic parameters caused by lumbar disc herniation and clinical curative effect. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomized using SPSS 20.0 to generate 67 random numbers.Randomized numbers were assigned to 1 to 33,and 34 to 67 were classified as leverage.Positioning therapy group. Both groups were treated once every other day,3 times a week,6 times a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the pelvic tilt, the distance between left and right iliac spine, the distance between the posterior sacral spine, and the changes of clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment. The overall clinical efficacy was also evaluated. Results: 1.Pelvic parameters:(1)Compared with before and after treatment in the observation group, there was a significant difference between the pelvic tilt, the distance between the right and left tendons, and the distance difference between the posterior tibial spine, which was statistically significant(p<0.01);this indicated that the lever positioning technique was used before and after the pelvis.Tilt, left and right tilt and rotation have obvious improvement.(2)Compared with before and after treatment in the control group, the pelvic tilt, the distance between the right and left tendons, and the superior posterior tibial aneurysm improved significantly with statistical significance(p<0.05);,left and right tilt and rotation have a clear improvement.(3)Before treatment, the pelvic tilt, the distance between the left and right iliac crest, and the distance between the posterior tibial spine were not statistically significant between the two groups(p>0.05).The two groups were comparable;Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the pelvic tilt, the distance between the left and right iliac crest, and the distance between the posterior tibial spine.Statistical analysis showed statistical significance(p<0.05).The positioning technique has better effects on the anteroposterior tilt, left and right tilt and rotation of the pelvis than the oblique pull method.2.Clinical symptoms and signs: There were five significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment.Comparable(p>0.05).After treatment, there was a significant difference between the observation group's clinical symptoms and physical signs compared with the control group(p<0.05),indicating that the lever positioning technique is clinical for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Symptoms and signs improve better than oblique pull.3.Clinical curative effect: The effective rate and cure rate of the patients after treatment by lever positioning technique were 97.1% and 50.0%,respectively;the efficiency and cure rate of the patients after oblique plate treatment were 84.9% and 12.1%,respectively;The significance(p<0.01)indicates that the cure rate and effective rate of using lumbar disc herniation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are better than that of swash plate method. Results: Lever positioning technique has a better regulation effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation with abnormal pelvic parameters. At the same time,it has good curative effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, indicating that the lever positioning method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
