Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Shengmai Danshen Decoction On The Syndrome Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Combined Blood Stasis In Heart Failure

Objective:To observe Shengmai Danshen Decoction treatment Qi and Yin deficiency combined blood stasis in patients with clinical curative effect,for clinical treatment of heart failure in Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis provide basis and reference for selecting prescriptions,formulating ideas and treatment rules.Methods:Selected from September 2015 to October 2017 in internal medicine treated70 cases of hospitalization for heart failure patients,according to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 cases.Control regular oral spironolactone therapy,observation group in the control group,on the basis of giving birth pulse danshen decoction.Observed two groups of curative effect of TCM syndrome integral,heart failure patients with integral,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function and other conventional tests,serum markers and natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)determination results,comparing two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,heart failure clinical curative effect and the NT-pro BNP level,serum markers.Results:The two groups before treatment and after treatment of routine examination,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination basic no significant difference(P > 0.05);Treatment,two groups had no bad reaction.Before the treatment,two groups of TCM syndrome score was no significant difference,after treatment,the total integral value and all the symptoms integral observation group were significantly better than control group,the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05).Observation group of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the total effective rate was 85.71%(30/35)were significantly higher than those in the control group 48.57%(17/35),and significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Before the treatment,two groups of PH,Pa O2,Pa CO2,NT-pro BNP level and treatment of heart failure after curative effect is no statistical difference(P >0.05),after treatment,the observation group of PH,Pa O2,Pa CO2,NT-pro BNP level was better than control group,and significant difference(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Shengmai Danshen Decoction to treat heart failure Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes curative effect is distinct,high safety,without any adverse reaction,help to improve the patient’s level of Pa O2,Pa CO2 and NT-pro BNP,relieve the clinical symptoms,worth clinical promotion.
