Clinical Observation Of Modified Shengmai Powder And Danshen Decoction In Treating Angina Pectoris With Qi And Yin Deficiency After PCI Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observing the clinical efficacy of jiawei shengmai decoction combined with danshen decoction in treating coronary heart disease after PCI angina pectoris dialectical to qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type.Method: The sixty patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the order with random number table,each group are 30 cases,both of these two groups treating with conventional medications after PCI,but the jiawei shengmai decoction combined with danshen decoction were added to the treatment group,4 weeks was a course of a treatment,after a course judging the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,the angina,the nitroglycerin,the ECG and the integral of SAQ,at the same time,observing the change of the C-reactive protein,the density of D-polymer and the blood liquid after treatment.Results:Both of two groups could reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,there were no significant statistically(p>0.05),by comparison the nitroglycerin deactivation rate,the cessation rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was 82.76%and the control group 71.43%,these two groups had no significant statistically(p>0.05);In term of the angina symptoms,both of two groups could relieve the angina symptoms,but the treatment group surpassed the control group(p<0.05),and the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 86.21% in the treatment group and 60.71% in the control group,there were statically significant between the two groups(p<0.05),comparison of ECG efficacy in two group,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 79.31% and the control group was71.43%,with no statistically significant(p>0.05);In the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the treatment group were advantage over the control group(p<0.05);In the Seattle Angina Questionnaires,comparison the controlgroup,the treatment group can improve the physical activity tolerance,the stable of angina pectoris,treatment satisfaction and the awareness of disease remarkably,cut down the frequency of angina attack,there had statistically significant between these two groups(p<0.05);In the C-reactive proteinand and blood liquid,the treatment group decreased remarkably compared to the control group(p<0.05),and in term of D-dimer,the two groups had no statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei shengmai decoction combined with danshen decoction can treat coronary heart disease after PCI angina pectoris dialectical to qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome type effective,it can significant improve the traditional Chinese medicine and relieve the symptoms of angina obviously,it also can improve the physical function and quality,at the same time can reduce the C-reactive protein and blood liquid remarkably,and had no adverse reaction during use,it was safe and effective.
