A Clinical Study Of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction And Danshen Decoction On Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Chronic Heart Failure

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Danshen Decoction in treating chronic heart failure patients with qi deficiency and blood stasissyndrome,and to provide basis for the clinical application of this side to supplement chronic heart failure and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Random number table method was used to randomly divide the 60 patients into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine routinely.The treatment group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Danshen decoction on the basis of westernmedici treatment,and observed for 4 weeks.The LEES score,TCM syndrome score,cardiac ultrasound result,NT-pro BNP,heart function and Minnesota Life Quality(LHFQ)scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups of patients,and related statistical analysis was performed.Results: 1.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in gender,age,disease course,and primary disease between the twogroups(p>0.05).By comparing pre-and post-treatment data,LEES scores,TCM syndrome scores,echocardiography results(EF,LVEDD),NT-pro BNP,cardiac function,and LHFQ scores in both groups after treatment were comparable.Compared with the previous improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Danshen Decoction can improve the symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.There are no adverse reactions in the course of use,which can be further studied and promoted..
