ObjectiveBy observing the efficacy of self-made anti-heart failure mixture on TCM syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure(Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Yang Deficiency Water Drinking Syndrome),New York Heart Function Classification(NYHA Heart Function Classification),6-minute walk test(6-MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and plasma N The effect of the terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)level,the evaluation of clinical efficacy,and the basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure.MethodsOur center selected 62 patients with chronic heart failure(Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Yang Deficiency Water Drinking Syndrome)who were diagnosed and treated in the cardiology ward and outpatient clinic of the Huayuanshan District of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020.2 cases fell out during treatment,and a total of 61 cases were included.The study was randomly divided into two groups,of which 30 cases in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment;30 cases in the experimental group received self-made anti-heart failure mixture on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.To observe the efficacy of TCM syndromes,New York Heart Function Classification(NYHA Cardiac Function Classification),6-minute walk test(6-MWT),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and plasma N-terminal B-type natriuretic before and after treatment of the two groups of patients The original(NT-pro BNP)level and other indicators,and statistical analysis of the obtained data.Results1.The total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison of the scores of individual TCM symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The plasma NT-pro BNP level of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The LV EF value of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The 6-minute walking distance of the two groups of patients increased after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The New York heart function classification of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Rehospitalization rate: Follow-up after 3 months,the heart failure rehospitalization rate of the two groups was divided into 20.00% in the experimental group and 33.30% in the control group.The medicine group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety: There were no abnormalities in routine blood tests,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,etc.of the two groups of patients before and after admission.ConclusionKangxinshuai Recipe is safe and effective in treating chronic heart failure(qi deficiency,blood stasis and yang deficiency water drinking syndrome).It can improve the patient’s TCM syndromes,plasma NT-Pro BNP level,LVEF value,6-minute walking distance,heart function classification,3Rehospitalization rate within a month.
