Generating The Pulse Powder And Promoting Dieresis Decoction Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Health Qi And Blood Stasis Type Of Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Shengmai Lishui Decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of positive and virtual blood stasis type of heart failure,evaluate the effect of Shengmai Lishui Decoction on the patients with positive and virtual blood stasis type ejection fraction,evaluate its safety and long-term effect,and improve the thinking of TCM in treating the patients with positive and false blood stasis type ejection fraction reduced heart failure.Methods: 84 patients with HF PEF positive deficiency blood stasis syndrome and inpatients were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group45 cases,the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment of heart failure and traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine only.The control group received standard anti heart failure treatment: Losartan potassium tablets,once a day,50 mg each time,metoprolol tartrate tablets,once a day,25 mg each time,spironolactone tablets,once a day,20 mg each time;the experimental group was treated with Shengmai Lishui Decoction Granule on the basis of the control group,and the water was washed 100 ml,daily 1dose,taken in the morning and evening,and the observation time of each group was12 weeks.The efficacy and safety of Shengmai Lishui Decoction were evaluated by observing the walking distance,LVEF,BNP,TCM symptom score and total score 6minutes before and after treatment.Results: 1.the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score: the total effective rate of TCM Syndromes of Western medicine combined with Shengmai Lishui Decoction in the treatment of heart failure was 95.2%,higher than that of Western Medicine(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of combined Shengmai Lishui Decoction on heart failure was better than that of Western medicine alone;in the single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine(asthenia,edema,panting,lip purple dark,palpitation,chest tightness,Qi Qi)In terms of short,self perspiration and sweating,the therapeutic effect of Western medicine combined with Shengmai Lishui Decoction on heart failure is better than that of Western Medicine(P<0.05)2.in terms of the treatment index of heart failure,the total effective rate of the western medicine combined with Shengmai Lishui Decoction group was 83.3%,which was higher than that of the western medicine group(61.9%(P < 0.05).In addition,the western medicine combined with Shengmai Lishui Decoction group had more advantages in walking distance,LVEF,BNP and improvement of cardiac function than that of the western medicine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.In terms of the integral of TCM symptoms,Shengmai Lishui Decoction and Western medicine are more effective than the control group,and improve the symptoms of fatigue,edema,panting,dark lip,palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,self sweat and night sweat;2.In the treatment of heart failure,the efficacy of Shengmai Lishui Decoction and Western medicine is higher than that of the control group,and the walking distance and left ventricular ejection are increased by 6min LVEF has more advantages in reducing BNP and improving cardiac function.
