The Research On Doctor-patient Relationship From The Perspective Of Honesty And Trustworthiness

The doctor-patient relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship.Because of the influence of patriarchal thought,the doctor-patient relationship is relatively harmonious in ancient China.After the reform and opening—up,great changes have taken place in the doctor-patient relationship in our country deepening reform of medical and health system,the contemporary doctor-patient relationship not only shows the interpersonal moral relationship,but also a kind of consumption relationship.It makes doctor and patient posses the attribute of interests that motivates the contradition between them,which makes the relationship get worse.Increasing tense relationship has already had an effect on the normal work of the medical staff and treatment the patients need.It is extremely urgent to ease the doctor—patient contradiction and promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.As the basic component of moral system,honesty and trustworthiness play a vital role on medicating ethic and morality between doctor and patient.Researching into the doctor—patient relationship from the perspective of honesty and trustworthiness,analyzing the doctor-patient relationship from the ethical and moral aspects and putting forward the suggestions of promoting the development of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and maintaining the development of medical and health services can promote the healthy development of socialist cause.The thesis analyzes the current situation and causes of doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of honesty and trustworthiness and puts forward the basic methods of promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter analyses the ethical and moral role of honesty and trustworthiness on doctor-patient relationship from the the conception of honesty and trustworthiness and it's value and significance and the meaning of the doctor-patient relationship.The second part analyzes the phenomenon of the lack of honesty and trustworthiness between doctor and patient including medical behaviors,such as medical red envelopes,excessive medical treatment,defensive medical treatment and patients informed consent the right of knowing and concent of patients is deprivated and the reducion of the doctor-patient trust and medical trouble.The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the lack of honesty and trustworthiness between doctor and patient from system,ethics,humanistic spirit and the materialization of the doctor-patient relationship and so on.The fourth chapter reshapes a few basic methods of the doctor-patient relationship.It suggest strengthening the reform of medical system,pursuing fairness and justice and strengthening the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit from the basic principle of life ethics.Besides,from the viewpoint of moral honesty and trustworthiness,it suggest practicing the true meaning of medical science and the pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty.
