The report of the 19~thh National Congress of the CPC fully affirmed the major achievements made in medical and health care work:basically establishing a social security system covering both urban and rural residents, and the substantial improvement of people's health and medical and health care levels. However, the current situation of medical and health services cannot satisfy the people, and the contradictions are still sharp. The phenomenon of disharmony between doctors and patients emerge in endlessly, which has become one of the influencing factors threatening social harmony and stability. This article gives a systematic research on the doctor-patient relationship, analyzes the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship in contemporary China from a multi-angle and full-field perspective. On the basis of clarifying the various manifestations and internal mechanisms of conflicts between doctors and patients, this article analyzes the reason of disharmony doctor-patient relationship in contemporary China and its influence, puts forward the proposals to reshape the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.According to the problem logic of doctor-patient relationship itself,as well as the moral philosophy and ethics research on the way to grasp the theory of this objective logic, the thesis must develop itself in the following structure.First of all, through the overview of the development of medical ethics thought,it is pointed out that both compulsory medical ethics thought and utilitarian medical ethics thought are facing new development dilemmas in the medical practice of contemporary China, which is difficult to effectively guide the development of medical practice activities, let alone properly coordinate the doctor-patient relationship, and bear an unshirkable responsibility for the emergence of the disharmonious phenomenon of doctor-patient relationship. The analysis and argumentation of this thought aims to point out that if we study the ethical nature and ethical basis of doctor-patient relationship,we should not only critically draw lessons from the theory of obligation and utilitarianism, but also grasp and apply the freedom of thought of virtue theory and norm theory.Secondly, the concept of doctor-patient relationship is analyzed, and through detailed data,it is shown that the mainstream of doctor-patient relationship in contemporary China is harmonious, but the contradiction between doctor and patient has also become a serious social problem, and the complexity of doctor-patient relationship has been far deepened,so it is necessary to analyze it seriously and carefully. This thesis analyzes and demonstrates the causes of the contradiction between doctors and patients in detail, and provides the factual basis for classification.Thirdly, firstly discusses the various causes of conflicts between doctors and patients from the perspective of the description and analysis of typical cases, and explains how the doctor-patient relationship falls into a vicious circle of deterioration. In particular,it reveals the particularity of the objective existence of“information asymmetry”in medical services,as well as the important impact on the doctor-patient relationship.Secondly,it reveals the negative impact of social external factors on the social image and public trust of medical and health system from the two aspects of“professional medical uproar”and the one-sided propaganda of social media. Finally, this article points out that the lack of institutional supply is the root cause of the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship. Finally, the scheme of reconstructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship is put forward. The first is to solve the problem of institutional supply, which requires“justice”as the guiding principle to build the harmonious doctor-patient relationship in contemporary China. In the sense of“giving everyone what he deserves”,it provides the institutional arrangements that can meet the needs of reconstructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.By clarifying the“due”rights and obligations of all stakeholders in the contemporary Chinese doctor-patient relationship, this paper proposes the specific content of institutional supply from three aspects, especially in view of the lack of various rights missing problems that exist.Secondly, the issue of moral reconstruction is to create a good humanistic environment for the reconstruction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship by reinvigorating medical ethics, building patient's medical ethics, reshaping corporate ethics, and strengthening medical ethics.
