The Research On The Impact Of Financial Performance Of Enterprise Participating In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed that all poor people in rural areas should be lifted out of poverty by 2020.At present,China's targeted poverty alleviation work has made great achievements and is in the final critical stage.In recent years,more and more enterprises have been involved in poverty alleviation.Enterprises have unique advantages in participating in poverty alleviation.They can closely link their own development with that of poor areas and jointly promote the industrial development of poor areas.In this way,they can not only optimize the allocation of resources,but also improve the awareness of poverty alleviation of poor objects and achieve the sustainability of poverty alleviation effect.Therefore,this paper selects one of the representative enterprises involved in targeted poverty alleviation – Mu yuan company as the research object.Firstly,I have a comprehensive understanding of the definition of targeted poverty alleviation,the analysis method of financial performance and the relationship between the two through consulting a large number of literatures.Secondly,the financial performance transmission mechanism of enterprises participating in targeted poverty alleviation is analyzed through resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory.Thirdly,it introduces the basic situation of Mu yuan company and the relationship with stakeholders in the process of participating in targeted poverty alleviation,especially the municipal and county governments,and analyzes the scarce resources obtained by Mu yuan company in the process of poverty alleviation.Then,by reading the shepherd original stake in recent years,financial report and social responsibility report released by comprehensive evaluation of the precision poverty alleviation situation,reveal the shepherd original company accurate source of funding for poverty alleviation and the relationship between the investment and financial performance,to evaluate the status quo of the original company accurate poverty alleviation,namely original corporate social responsibility is strong,positive to perform precise poverty alleviation and social responsibility.Then,using the index analysis,from the profitability of is closely related to the precision performance for poverty alleviation and development ability,to shepherd the original shares of the company's financial performance and its comparative analysis,it is known that the company's financial performance is good,in precise poverty alleviation has not negative influence on the financial performance of the enterprise,participate in precision for poverty alleviation and financial performance is not a contradiction.It is suggested that enterprises that can participate in targeted poverty alleviation should enhance their awareness of industrial poverty alleviation and establish and improve the disclosure system of targeted poverty alleviation social responsibility information.Finally,this paper summarizes the above case studies and draws conclusions and inspirations.
