Efficacy And Safety Of Fufang Baogan Injection On Canine Liver Injury Induced By Carbon Tetrachloride

Liver damage can be caused by a variety of reasons,especially drugs.Due to the liver's vulnerability to toxic chemicals,liver damage has become a major threat to the health of dogs.A model of canine liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride?CCl₄?was used to study the efficacy and safety of Fufang Baogan injection in treating canine liver injury.First,the canine liver injury model induced by CCl₄ soybean oil solution was constructed by disposable injection.The reliability and stability of the model were confirmed by detecting serum ALT values,observing the clinical manifestations of dogs and liver pathological sections.Then through weight the dogs and comprehensive state score,as well as blood routine,biochemical indicators and therapeutic effects,we found that 7 consecutive days of single dose of 1.00 mg/kg?2.00mg/kg and 4.00 mg/kg to the liver injury test dogs subcutaneous injection of Fufang Baogan injection,can effectively alleviate the CCl₄ caused by weight loss,loss of appetite,mental retardation,vomiting and diarrhea,but also reduce the inflammatory response,protect liver cells and improve liver function,showing a better therapeutic effect.Considering the best therapeutic effect,safety and economy,1.00mg/kg was recommended as the clinical recommended dose of Fufang Baogan injection once a day for 7 days.Finally,the safety of Fufang Baogan injection was analyzed by injecting 1,3 and 5 times of the recommended clinical dose into healthy dogs.It was found that 1,3 and 5 times of Fufang Baogan injection had no adverse effect on the clinical manifestations,blood routine,urine routine,blood gas,related biochemical indexes and visceral organs of the test dog.It is believed that Fufang Baogan injection has a certain safety and a large range of safe dose.In summary,CCl₄ can effectively induce liver injury in dogs,single subcutaneous injection of 1.00 per day mg/kg Fufang Baogan injection can effectively alleviate the related clinical symptoms and pathological changes within 7 days,and this treatment has a large safe dose range and high safety.This study provides some theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of canine liver injury with Fufang Baogan injection.
