The strong support of the Chinese medicinal materials in the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan and Layout of the Chinese Medicine Industry" has set off a wave of cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials.Taking Chongqing as an example,large-scale cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials has become the leading industry,and intelligent greenhouses can achieve efficient operation of agricultural machinery and Independent management to escort the cultivation of medicinal materials.Therefore,the intelligent greenhouse has become the future development trend of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation.With the rapid increase of smart greenhouses,management becomes a necessity,and indoor positioning is required.Data collection is an important part of it.Because there are fewer monitoring points in the planting link and the source data collection is not detailed,it is difficult to collect and it is difficult to accurately reflect the true situation of Chinese herbal medicines.In addition,Chinese herbal medicines are very authentic.The country has requirements for traceability of medicinal materials.Processing and circulation have been traced.Lack of planting links.Complete planting traceability can only form a complete industry chain traceability;traditional data collection technology is imported through the planting site management platform.After the center transmits it to the cloud platform,the data may be tampered,and the security cannot be guaranteed,which poses problems for planting traceability.Therefore,with incomplete data functions,poor scalability,and inconvenience for large-scale promotion,the future will be inseparable from smart greenhouses.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a data collection and transmission design based on positioning and blockchain.Use RFID technology to collect environmental parameters,soil parameters,crop growth information parameters,image information parameters,etc.of the greenhouse of Chinese herbal medicines,and upload them via Zig Bee wireless network.On this basis,it integrates RFID electronic tags and positioning to realize the construction of indoor positioning and electronic maps,and provides positioning and path basis for autonomous operation of agricultural machinery;using blockchain technology to transmit on-site collected data to blockchain nodes To ensure the safety of data collection during transmission and provide data basis for planting traceability.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Overall design of the system.In view of the current data collection problems in the field of Chinese herbal medicine planting,a demand analysis is conducted,combined with basic principles and methods,to determine that the system consists of a data collection device and a wireless network structure.The data collection device performs power amplifier design on the RFID electronic tag to achieve long-distance transmission of more than 10 meters,sensor selection and Zig Bee design long-distance power amplifier circuit design;wireless network structure design,according to the data flow direction,using Zig Bee mesh structure networking,and The key nodes conduct device selection and successfully realize data collection and wireless transmission.(2)Based on RFID indoor positioning and electronic map construction.According to the indoor positioning theory and method,RFID tags and positioning are integrated on this basis,the reference tags are symmetrically arranged on the bottom and top layers,the proximity detection method and the log weight method are used to select the neighboring tags,the triangle positioning method continuously divides the space,and the calculation is determined.Label position and distance,and the fixed four corner reference labels of the seedbed are combined in a two-dimensional coordinate system to form an electronic map,which provides positioning and maps for autonomous operation of agricultural machinery and provides data basis for visual management.(3)Research on the secure transmission of data collected at the planting site based on blockchain technology.Send the collected data in the format of block header + block body to the blockchain nodes through the hash function and elliptic curve signature encryption method;use the peer-to-peer network to transfer to the nodes of the entire network through the consensus PBFT algorithm,each node performs data verification and Storage;unified supervision of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials through smart contracts such as laws,standards,regulatory regulations,etc.As a result,it provides data security for the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines,and organically combines data collection and wireless transmission to form a reliable and orderly set of management systems.(4)Test and analyze the system.(1)Testing the reading distance of RFID wireless radio frequency,the results show that: the power of the reading and writing module added with the amplification circuit is obviously increased,and it can realize the transmission of more than 10 meters at a long distance;(2)There is the influence of barrier-free and power amplifier circuits on Zig Bee long-distance transmission.The results show that after Zig Bee joins the RF amplifier circuit,no matter there is barrier-free,the transmission distance is improved,and the long-distance transmission is more than 100 meters;(3)The algorithm of this paper is used to test the positioning accuracy of the label,and the results show that the positioning accuracy of the tracking target label is about0.5 meters,and the accuracy is more than 90%;(4)The use of blockchain technology to test the data security transmission,the results show that: the use of blockchain technology can not tamper with the source data,can not be verified by signature,thereby ensuring the safe transmission of Chinese herbal medicine planting data.
