With the global outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia,various countries are actively looking for effective medical treatments for new type of coronary pneumonia.Traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicinal materials have played an important role in the treatment of this epidemic.Widely recognized.This paper mainly designs and implements an intelligent measurement and control system for the cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials based on the Narrowband Internet of Things,aiming at the problems such as the uneven efficacy and quality of Chinese medicinal materials in the current sales market.This system uses narrow-band IoT technology,combined with STM32 microcontroller and sensor technology,this system can realize real-time monitoring and timely adjustment of environmental factors that affect the growth of Chinese herbal medicines.For the monitored and controlled Chinese medicinal materials,the system uses AHP combined with the guidance of experts and medicine farmers to clarify the environmental suitability level of the planting of the Chinese medicinal materials,and uses the improved k-means clustering algorithm to monitor the environmental growth data of the Chinese medicinal materials.After removing the noise,the growth environment of this Chinese herbal medicine is evaluated and predicted by GRNN generalized regression neural network algorithm.According to the evaluation of the growth environment of Chinese medicinal materials,it can be judged whether the Chinese medicinal materials meet the specifications,and the traceability of Chinese medicinal materials planting process can be realized.At the same time,according to environmental predictions,it is possible to warn the farmers to adjust the planting environment of Chinese medicinal materials in advance so that the Chinese medicinal materials are always in a suitable growth environment and increase the quality and yield of Chinese medicinal materials.This system can be applied to different Chinese herbal medicine planting environments.It can be installed outdoors(barren mountains and wild mountains)for large-scale Chinese herbal medicine planting,or can be installed indoors(greenhouse)for small-scale precious medicinal planting.The main work completed in this article is as follows:(1)Researched the communication technology of Internet of Things transmission.In view of the geographical location and network environment in which Chinese herbal medicines are grown and grown,narrow-band Internet of Things communication technology is adopted to realize data transmission.(2)Designed the embedded gateway hardware and software.On the hardware,an embedded gateway is designed,and different sensors are used to collect the main environmental parameters that affect the growth of Chinese herbal medicines.On the software,the application program is designed according to the requirements and the functions of each module are realized.Through the sensor nodes of the sensing layer to collect various environmental data,after analysis,the transmission layer is transmitted to the database of the application layer server.This system can monitor and control the main environmental factors affecting the growth of traditional Chinese medicines: air temperature,air humidity,Light intensity,soil temperature,soil moisture,soil salinity and soil pH.(3)According to the variety of planted Chinese medicinal materials,determine the range of each parameter index in the growth environment grade of this Chinese medicinal material by analytic hierarchy process,and then reduce the original data of the environmental parameters of the Chinese medicinal material planted by the sensor through the improved k-means algorithm After the noise,the GRNN neural network algorithm is used to obtain the evaluation and prediction of the growth environment of the Chinese herbal medicine.At the same time,the monitored data will be added to the Chinese herbal medicine growth library to provide effective planting experience for follow-up management personnel and medicine farmers.(4)The cloud server module is designed,the application adopts B / S architecture to achieve zero installation,the WeChat public account is developed for user convenience,and the front-end and back-end development methods are separated.The front-end mainly uses the Vue.js framework to lay out the page,and the back-end uses node.js with express framework,the database uses a non-relational database MonogoDB.
