Orthogonal, randomized block experiment, the field investigation, laboratory analysis and other methods have been used in this paper, the result is as following, fermented rinsing method is advisable way that changing Polygonatum Canaliculatum fruit into seed after Polygonatum Canaliculatum has been harvested, low-temperature sand storage method and frozen sand storage method are more suitable Polygonatum Canaliculatum seed storage methods; asexual reproduction of Polygonatum Canaliculatum is appropriate measure in Zunyi region of Guizhou, suitable for transplanting stage is the December, better harvest period is from the December to the following January. four years is the best harvest stage that seed reproductive has been used in. The cultivation plan in Zunyi region of Guizhou used in net culture of Polygonatum Canaliculatum is that 4000 nests are planted. 2000kg/667m2 manure fertilizer is used as basic fertilizer, 30%, 30% and 40% of 1000kg/667m2 manure fertilizer and 50kg/667m2 compound fertilizer are used separately in late May, late July and late September as top dressing fertilizer, two times inter-tillage should be used in seedlings and brisk growth stage(the April and July) individually, two times 1000-fold liquid of 50% anti-bacteria should be applied (the second time is one week late) in preventing diseases.
