The developed Stolon of Potentilla Freyniana is characterized by rapid growth,rapid turf formation,dense and colorful flowers,long flowering period,simple management,strong adaptability,tolerance to cold and barren and other characteristics.Using cutting propagation technology,a large number of qualified seedlings can be produced in the shortest time to meet the needs of urban green space construction.In this paper,the Potentilla Freyniana was used as the research object,and 16 groups of experiments were carried out with four factors and four levels,each group had three repetitions,the effects of the ratio of substrate,the concentration of rooting powder,the soaking time and the selection of cutting position on the rooting rate,the rate of formation of root,the index of root effect,the dry weight of aboveground biomass,the dry weight of underground biomass,the fresh weight of aboveground biomass,the average root length,the number of rooting roots and the height of seedlings were studied,and the results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings was higher than that of cuttings,it provides the experimental basis for large-scale utilization and practical production in the later period.Through the experimental research,the main results are as follows:(1)In the range analysis,the most important influencing factor D(cutting strength position),the next factor A(matrix ratio),the third factor B(rooting powder concentration),and the last factor C(soaking time)were obtained.In order to further confirm and understand the experiment,variance analysis was carried out and the conclusion was consistent with range analysis.The effect of D factor(the position of cutting stem)was very significant,and a factor(the proportion of substrate)was next,B factor(rooting powder concentration)and C factor(soaking time)had no significant effect,and after multiple analysis,it was found that a factor(matrix ratio)had significant difference between each level.(2)The results of range analysis showed that the most important factors affecting the rate of Potentilla Freyniana cutting were D factor(stem position),B factor(rooting powder concentration),Afactor(matrix ratio),and C factor(soaking time).The results of variance analysis were consistent with those of range analysis.After multiple analysis,it was found that there were significant differences among the levels of B factor(rooting powder concentration).(3)The results of range analysis showed that the most important influencing factors on root effect index of cutting seedlings were A factor(matrix ratio),C factor(soaking time),and B factor(rooting powder concentration),finally,the D factor(stem position),the variance analysis and the range analysis were the same,the A factor(matrix ratio)had the most significant influence,the C factor(soaking time)was the second factor,B factor(rooting powder concentration),D factor(cutting stem position)had no significant effect,after multiple analysis,C factor(soaking time)there were significant differences between each level.(4)The results of range analysis showed that the most important factors affecting the dry weight of the Potentilla Freyniana cuttings were D factor(stem position),B factor(rooting powder concentration),C factor(soaking time),and A factor(matrix ratio)Variance analysis proved that there was no significant difference among the factors,and multiple analysis also proved that there was no significant difference among the levels.(5)The results of range analysis showed that the most important factors affecting the above ground biomass of Potentilla Freyniana cuttings were A(substrate ratio),C(soaking time),and B(rooting powder concentration),finally,there is the D factor(stem position).The results of variance analysis were consistent with range analysis,and multiple analysis showed that there were significant differences among levels of factor a(matrix ratio),there was no significant difference between the B factor(rooting powder concentration)and the C factor(soaking time).(6)According to the difference analysis,the most important influencing factors on the average root length of cutting were A factor(matrix ratio),C factor(soaking time),B factor(rooting powder concentration),and D factor(stem position).The results of variance analysis were consistent with range,and multiple analysis showed that there were significant differences among levels of factor A(matrix ratio),there was no significant difference between the levels of B factor(rooting powder concentration)and C factor(soaking time).(7)The most important factors affecting the rooting number of Potentilla Freyniana cuttings were C(soaking time),A(substrate ratio),B(rooting powder concentration),and D(stem position).The results of variance analysis showed that C(soaking time)had a significant effect,D(position of cutting stem)was the second,A(proportion of Matrix)and B(concentration of rooting powder)had no significant effect.Multiple analysis showed that there was significant difference between a factor(matrix ratio),C factor(soaking time),and no significant difference between B factor(rooting powder concentration).(8)The results of range analysis showed that the most important factors affecting the shoot height of the cuttings were A factor(matrix ratio),B factor(rooting powder concentration),and D factor(stem position),finally,the analysis of variance of C(immersion time)shows that the conclusion is consistent with range.(9)In the range analysis,C(soaking time),B(concentration of rooting powder),D(position of cutting stem)and a(proportion of medium)were the most important factors affecting the fresh weight of the roots of the Potentilla Freyniana cuttings.The results of variance analysis showed that there were no significant effects of factors A(substrate ratio),B(rooting powder concentration),C(soaking time)and D(stem position).Multiple analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the levels of A factor(matrix ratio),B factor(rooting powder concentration)and C factor(soaking time).(10)According to the principle of advantage and disadvantage,the optimum combination of Potentilla Freyniana cutting was A1B3C4D2 under multi-index conditions,that is,the cutting substrate was peat soil:Perlite 5:5,rooting powder concentration was 1000ppm,soaking time was 30min,Stolon node?5.
