Under the background of constructing ecological garden city,due to the existence of a large number of abandoned coal mines and a large amount of coal gangue geology in Shanxi area,the experiment was conducted to study the drought stress tolerance and trampling resistance of podium sericina.The growth effect test and orthogonal test on coal gangue matrix have obtained the following conclusions1.With the increasing of water stress,the soil water content changed from 15 to 65 under drought stress,and its physiological indexes changed with different trends.The chlorophyll content of Potentilla sericeous creeping was mainly decreasing.The content of proline and the activities of POD and SOD enzyme increased first and then decreased,while the soluble protein content of Potentilla replans var.sericophylla increased with the stress.After drought stress,water rehydration experiments were carried out for 5 days on the young Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla after 5 days of drought stress.The results showed that the stress was 5 days.The recovery of Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla and Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla was basically the same as that of the control group,but the recovery of potentilla sericeous was slower and needed a longer time to recover.However,the physiological indexes of Polentilla reptans var.sericophylla did not change after 20 days of stress,indicating that the plant tissue was damaged to some extent,but with the increase of the days of rehydration,new leaves grew again2.The root length,root weight,leaf number,coverage,biomass,chlorophyll and MDA content of Potentilla spp.As a result,there was no significant difference between the slight and moderate trampling of Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla under mild and moderate trampling,but under the severe trampling,there were some fluctuations in each index and the growth was affected under the heavy trampling of Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla.The biomass and coverage decreased obviously,and the difference was significant compared with the control3.The plant height,coverage,root length,stoloniferous stem,ramet number,biomass,chlorophyll and MDA content ofPotentilla reptans var.sericophylla were measured and analyzed by soil covering test on the coal gangue matrix of Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla,in which the plant height,coverage rate,root length,stolon,ramet number,biomass,chlorophyll and MDA content were measured and analyzed.The results showed that 3cm on coal gangue could maintain the normal growth of the plant.According to the change of chlorophyll content,when the coal gangue covered with 6cm,the difference was not significant and the apparent quality was not affected.According to the number of flowers,when the coal gangue is covered with soil 6cm,the flower of Potentilla reptans var.sericophylla can bloom normally,and it has high ornamental value.4.Orthogonal experiment was carried out for soil moisture,soil thickness and plants with different growth years.After statistical analysis,the best combination of coverage analysis was A3B1C3,which could make the optimal combination of A3B1C3 and A3B1C2 for normal flowering of plants.The optimum combination of biomass and stolon number analysis was A3B1C3 and A3B2C3,and the optimum combination of chlorophyll and MDA analysis was A3B1C3.When analyzing the extreme difference of chlorophyll,C3>C 2>C 1,but the extreme difference between C 2 and C3 is not different,and the chlorophyll content change is small,so,The optimum combination was A3B1C3,1.e.,perennial potentilla spp.,covered with soil of 9 cm,watered once every 7 days.But in the production practice,6cm can satisfy the normal landscape performance,so the best introduction and reproduction technology should be determined according to the actual situation,so as to make a better popularizing effect in the application of sericeous creeping Potentilla in the mine reclamation.5.Through the construction of comprehensive evaluation index of the applicability of ground cover plants on coal gangue matrix,the synthetic evaluation of prostrate Potentilla sericeous on the coal gangue matrix was carried out.The comprehensive evaluation value of Potentilla sericeous was 0.925.The comprehensive indexes of white clover,February orchid and Ophiopogon japonicus were calculated on the coal gangue matrix.The evaluation values were 0.716?(0.674)?0.938,respectively.which indicated that podium sericeous creeping on coal gangue matrix had stronger adaptability,and provided science for mine reclamation in the future.
