| Tobacco stems harvested in the South to solve heavy working intension, cutting inefficiencies, cannot be fully harvested in a timely manner, to achieve tobacco stalk mechanized cutting is urgent. To that end, this thesis research and design of a new type of tobacco stalk-cutting mechanism and experimental study on its main research content and the conclusions were as follows:(1) Through the tobacco stalk bending and compressive mechanical properties mechanical properties test, the measured maximum bending force of tobacco stalk and maximum pressure resistance, as a reference for design of the cutting mechanism. Through the tobacco stalk influence factors on cutting force test, the measured the main factors affecting the tobacco stalk-cutting cutting, cutting, cutting speed, cutting angle of the blade, draw the best program:cutting way is slide cut; cutting speed is300mm/s; cutting blades for light sword cutting angle is00. Test for tobacco stalk cutting design choice of cutting, cutting tool selection of relevant parameters and provides a reasonable selection and structure design of basic technical parameters.(2) Depending on the physical characteristics of tobacco stems and the expected operating results that, in institutional design and dynamics analysis of, each depicting the overall composition of the structure and working principle, tobacco stalk steering mechanism, screw cutting, screw cutting blade shaft and transmission of key institutions, such as structural design. Cutting test results of orthogonal experiment for cutting device in aircraft studies provide options and reasonable choice of installation location, namely cutting angle is150installed, while the best feed-straw cutting speed is400r/min,cutting speed is1root/s and commensurate value for both design, cutting device to achieve the desired results. |
