Wild plants have a strong ecological adaptability and an extensive management. In recent years, people continue to deepen the understanding of them. After artificial domestication, wild tamaris creeping potentilla acaulis not only have the advantages the plants have, but also can desalinize the artificial environment, playing a larger ecological benefit. This has a broad development prospect. This experiment takes sericea creeping potentilla acaulis in different habitats as research materials. This paper makes an in-depth study into its negative resistance, drought tolerance and trim resistance and makes3factors and3levels of orthogonal test as to varieties, water management, shading processing. The results showed that,1. Sericea creeping Potentilla acaulis is a kind of species that is shade-tolerant and prefer sunshine. They grow the best under full sunlight, having the largest area of coverage, and the maximum amount of growth and blossom. Under90%shade density, they grow the worst, and almost stop growing. Under the60%——80%shade, they can be a good growth. Under the60%shade, the growth of plant division and creeping stem is maximum. Under the70%shade, the content of chlorophyll remains stable, and leaf color is uniform. The number of flowering increases while shade density reduces. The relativity of the coverage of Sericea creeping Potentilla acaulis and the number of plant division and creeping stem is highly significant.2. Sericea creeping Potentilla acaulis has a strong resistance to cold. With the severity of the drought stress and the stress of time longer, relative conductivity and proline content increases, the number of leaves and creeping stems decreases, and the number of dead leaves increases. With the stress less than5days growth and development has been less affected. When soil relative water content is25%-35%, growth is significantly inhibited. When soil relative water content is45%-55%, plants can grow normally..3. The results show that when affixed to the ground to trim, creeping stems are damaged, but do not affect root. It takes20days to re-cover the ground. Only trim the upper leaves, it takes10days to re-cover the ground, and the plant can quickly reach the height before pruning.4. After the analysis of variance and multiple comparisons as to measurement results of physiological indicators and morphological indicators, we can conclude that varieties and shade are the two leading factors. The Optimal combination is A2B1C1, which is a breed from Henan.50%shade, watering once every15days.This result through the theoretical analysis does not appear in the test, so we should do a comparison test, and determine the best introduction and propagation technology, achieving better promotion effect.
