Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,as China ’s pig industry is developing towards intensive and large-scale development,the problem of swine disease prevention and control has become increasingly prominent.In modern epidemic prevention and control,disinfection plays an important role in cutting off the transmission of infectious diseases.Therefore,it is particularly important to evaluate the sterilization efficacy of disinfection technology.In this study,a new type of molecular suspension disinfection technology was taken as the research object,and reference was made to the "Veterinary Disinfectant Identification Technical Specification" using compound glutaraldehyde and decamyl bromide to evaluate the new molecular suspension disinfection technology in the laboratory and pigs.The sterilization efficiency of the house disinfection,study the impact of the pig disinfection on the growth and health of the herd,and then provide reference and guidance for the disinfection of the pig farm.In order to evaluate the sterilization efficiency and characteristics of molecular suspension disinfection technology,this study evaluated the surface and continuous disinfection effect of molecular suspension disinfection technology by comparing the effects of molecular suspension disinfection with conventional spray disinfection in the laboratory;The space disinfection effect of molecular suspension disinfection technology in the actual application of pigpen was evaluated by examining the surface of pig farm objects and air disinfection.The results show that in the laboratory confined space,the sterilization spray produced by the molecular suspension technology still has a sterilization rate of the indicator plate of Staphylococcus aureus more than 99.9% after 2h,but the conventional spray disinfection has no disinfection effect on the space.The molecular suspension sterilization technology uses decammonium bromide or compound glutaraldehyde disinfectant.The sterilization rate of S.aureus indicator bacteria in the laboratory and pigpen is higher than 99.9%;In the pigpen,the sterilization rate of the surface bacteria was higher than 97.6%,and the sterilization rate of the air bacteria was more than 92.1%.In order to study the effect of molecular suspension disinfection technology on pig growth during disinfection of pigs,we compared the growth status and health status of pigs with and without disinfection by comparing the disinfection of pigs with and without disinfection.The results showed that the daily feed and daily gain of the pigs in the sterilized herds were higher than those of the non-sterile herds,and the feed-to-meat ratio was lower in the herds.The health status of the herd,the pig disinfected group is healthier than the unsterilized herd;Observation of the pathological section of the lungs of pigs showed that the lungs of unsterilized herds had no obvious lesions,and pigs with disinfected herds had adaptive changes in their lungs.The above test results indicate: The molecular suspension disinfection technology is spatial and continuous,and has a good disinfection effect in the laboratory and pigpen.After using molecular suspension technology to disinfect pigs,the pigs grow better and can reduce the incidence of diseases.Pigs have a process of adapting to high-frequency disinfection methods and stress conditions,and the lungs also have adaptive changes.In clinical applications,the disinfection frequency can be adjusted according to the specific epidemic situation.
