Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Recreational Fisheries In The Yangtze River Delta

Recreational fishery has become an important pillar industry of my country’s modern fishery.However,due to low-level duplication and technical barriers,it is still in the primary development stage compared to the international advanced level for a long time.In contrast to the latest series of policy documents issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in recent years on accelerating the healthy and stable development of recreational fisheries in my country,recreational fisheries has gradually become an important part of the construction of a modern fishery system.Therefore,accelerating the exploration and promotion of the transformation and upgrading of recreational fishery development is not only an important starting point for structural adjustment,but also an important strategic goal and development direction for promoting the structural deepening reform of the supply side of recreational fishery development.It is also an important development path for accelerating the increase of fishermen’s employment and income,industrial transformation and poverty alleviation.As one of the most famous estuary deltas in China and the world,the Yangtze River Delta has a relatively high level of economic development and openness.It is of decisive strategic significance in grasping the overall situation of the socialist country’s modernization strategy and forming a new pattern of comprehensive reform and opening up at the international level.The special geographical features,superior natural resources,and strong comprehensive economic strength all provide unique ecological environmental resource conditions for the development of recreational fisheries in the Yangtze River Delta.The analysis of relevant data in the "China Recreational Fishery Development Monitoring Report(2020)" shows that among the top 10 provinces in the country’s recreational fisheries production value exceeding 1 billion yuan,Jiangsu,Anhui,and Zhejiang in the Yangtze River Delta are among them.The Yangtze River Delta has an advantageous geographical location and great potential for the development of recreational fisheries.Therefore,studying the transformation and upgrading of recreational fisheries in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of industrial integration has important reference value for demonstration.By analyzing the development status,problems and development difficulties of recreational fisheries in this area,it puts forward targeted suggestions and measures from the perspective of industrial integration,and builds recreational fishery pilot demonstration areas and national models,which can provide references for the development of recreational fishery in other regions.At present,the transformation and upgrading of recreational fisheries is entering the most critical stage of development,and it is necessary to study development plans,solutions and countermeasures in a targeted manner.With the improvement of my country ’ s social productivity and overall national strength,the strengthening of specialization and diversification strategies,the increasing rationalization of the industrial structure,the sound and perfection of the market system,and the increasingly blurred industrial boundaries,the recreational fishery and related industries have passed technology and resources.,The integration of products and markets,as well as the coordination of functional compatibility,to achieve product and service innovation,to promote mutual benefit and win-win related industries,and the formation of a new industrial process is the general trend.As one of the important directions for the development of modern fishery,recreational fishery is an upgrade and expansion of traditional fishery production technology,and it is one of the important paths for the high-quality development of fishery.Based on the theory of industrial integration,this paper analyzes the development status of recreational fisheries in three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta,and calculates and makes an empirical study on the integration level of recreational fishery and fishery industry,recreational fishery and manufacturing,recreational fishery and modern service industry in the Yangtze River Delta.Analysis and calculation results show that the degree of integration of recreational fishery and agriculture> the degree of integration of recreational fishery and service industry> the degree of integration of recreational fishery and industry,and then take Zhejiang Province as an example to further analyze the integration of recreational fishery and other sub-industries;Later,based on the successful experience of the transformation and upgrading of recreational fishery in Zhoushan,Zhejiang,analyze the mechanism of industrial integration to promote the transformation and upgrading of recreational fishery;Finally,suggestions for the development of recreational fisheries in the Yangtze River Delta are proposed,such as strengthening the integration of recreational fisheries with the Yangtze River protection strategy,integration with the Yangtze River Delta,and integration with internationalization.In order to ensure the objectivity and persuasiveness of the article,various methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis and case analysis were used in the research process.It is hoped that it can provide a certain reference and reference for my country’s current recreational fishery transformation and upgrading and industrial integration.
