Liver fibrosis,hyperplasia of mammary glands,and skin injury are the common diseases of mammals.Liver is the most important metabolic organ of the body.Food and diseases can cause liver fibrosis.The treatment of this disease is particularly important for the growth and development of animals.The incidence of mammary gland hyperplasia is higher in female animals.The disease is often neglected because it has no obvious symptoms,but the harm of the disease can not be underestimated.As a system in direct contact with the outside world,the skin is particularly vulnerable to damage.How to reduce the area of wound scar and restore organ function is a hot issue in current research.It is imperative to establish animal models of related diseases and find a rapid treatment for the above three diseases without side effects.In this experiment,the relevant theories and technical means in the field of veterinary medicine were used to establish the rat liver fibrosis model with carbon tetrachloride(CCl4),the rat hyperplasia of mammary gland model with estradiol benzoate and progesterone,and the rat skin injury model with the whole cortex mechanical injury.Then,the effects of Antler stem cell(ASC),Deer hard Antler button(DHAB)and Antler tip extract(ATE)on animal models of three diseases were evaluated.The results showed that about 63 days after subcutaneous injection of CCl4,the rats showed obvious hepatic fibrosis.After 30 days of intravenous ASC treatment,liver fibrosis was reversed to a certain extent;the area of liver fibrosis was significantly reduced;the levels of ALT and AST in serm were significantly decreased,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and hydroxyproline(HYP)in liver tissue were also significantly decreased.After intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate for 28 days and progesterone for 7 days,the rats showed obvious hyperplasia of mammary glands.After 30 days of DHAB intragastric administration,hyperplasia of the mammary gland was significantly improved and inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly reduced.The whole cortex defect of rat back was established by mechanical method.By local injection of ATE,the skin healing speed was significantly improved,and the healing quality(nerves,blood vessels and skin appendages,etc.)was also significantly higher than that of the control group.In this study,the corresponding animal disease models were established through the veterinary technical means to provide technical support for the study of the pharmacological effects of velvet antler.The provides a reliable animal models of disease for the development of related drugs,thus Making contribution to the health of valuable wildlife and endangered animal. |
