With high quality food industry development the important strategic implement,animal food safety more and more attention in our country,in livestock and poultry breeding,excessive or illegal use of veterinary drugs may do harm to human body health,moreover businessman just that,to the illegal add drugs in veterinary medicine preparations,severely hampered the healthy development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry In this paper,various kinds of drugs that may be contained in animal food and Chinese veterinary drug preparations used in breeding were detected and analyzed.The main results are as follows:(1)To realize the rapid screening and analysis of unknown substances in samples,the database of 171 veterinary drug compounds in 12 categories was constructed.Using the Exact Finder software,input relevant data information,including name molecular formula loading method mother(daughter)ion Exact molecular weight and retention time,to build the veterinary drug database and analyze its cracking law The veterinary drug database can be used for accurate and rapid qualitative identification of target compounds in the database.(2)As the food industry pays more attention to safety and quality,a high performance liquid chromatogram-Q Exactive high resolution mass spectrometer was established for the determination of multi-ethnic drug residues in beef and chicken to ensure the high quality of food.A rapid and simple preparation method was applied to process beef and chicken sample,defatting and clean-up procedures.The results showed that the average recoveries of all the target compounds were 52.1%-138.2%and the intra-day and intra-day relative standard deviations were all less than 20%.All the analytes achieved low limits of quantification(LOQs)≤10μg/kg.The results showed that the method has well accuracy and precision.(3)Based on QuEChERS pretreatment method and HPLC-Q Exactive HRMS,a method for the detection of 133 veterinary drug residues in veterinary drug preparations was established.The 133 target compounds showed good linearities in the range of 0.5-100ng/m L and the limits of detection(LOD)and the LOQ were 0.001-0.02 mg/kg and0.001-0.05 mg/kg,respectively.The linear relative coefficient(R~2)was greater than 0.990.The recoveries were in the range of 61.8%to 125.0%and intra-day and inter-day precision of 1.4%-19.8%and 5.3%-19.9%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid and reliable,and can be used for rapid determination of target veterinary drugs in veterinary medicine preparations.(4)The rapid and effective detection of 139 kinds of veterinary drug residues in veterinary drug preparations was successfully established.This method adopted the pre-treatment method of QuEChERS and Full Ms-dd MS~2mode scanning.The results showed that all the target compounds had good linearity in the range of 0.5-100 ng/m L,the linear relative coefficient was greater than 0.990,the LOD and the LOQ of 139 target compounds were 0.001-0.04 mg/kg and 0.002-0.1 mg/kg,respectively.The spiked recoveries of the target compounds ranged from 61.1%to 128.8%,with intraday and intraday precision of 1.4%to 17.1%and 3.0%to 19.8%,respectively.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,ensure the detection efficiency and accuracy,and provide a safe and reliable technical support for the efficient and rapid determination of a variety of veterinary drugs in veterinary medicine preparations.The method established in this study for the detection of multi-component veterinary drugs in animal-derived food and Chinese veterinary drug preparations has realized the characteristics of simple operation,high accuracy and high sensitivity.It provides effective technical support for improving the high quality development of food industry and the safety and rapid development of preparation industry.
