| Cultivated land is one of the most important natural resources for the survival and development of mankind.Assuring the quality and quantity of cultivated land is the most important part of ensuring food security, especially for a country with a basic national condition that has always had many people and less land. The control of the quantity and quality of cultivated land is even more important. With the rapid economic development in recent years,a large amount of high-quality cultivated land has been occupied, and for such a superpower with a large population, ensuring the amount of cultivated land is a prerequisite for survival and development. Therefore, how to ensure the rapid development of the economy while ensuring the amount of cultivated land and quality has become an urgent issue.Jilin Province,as a province with large grain production, has experienced continuous economic growth in recent years, and its demand for land, especially cultivated land, has been continuously increasing. The development of Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area development strategy has further aggravated this phenomenon. However, scholars have few studies on spatial difference and its influence factors of cultivated land transition of Changchun–Jilin–Tumenjiang Area.Accurately grasping the characteristics of spatial difference and its influencing factors can not only reflect the changing characteristics of farmland transformation in macroscopic terms, but also help the management of the future transformation and cultivated land.Providing directions can also provide reference for the development of regional economy and society and promote the rational use of cultivated land resources. This paper mainly uses the literature data research method, spatial autocorrelation analysis method, radial basis function neural network method and ArcGIS spatial analysis method to study the spatial difference and its influence factors of cultivated land transition of Changchun – Jilin – Tumenjiang Area. After fully understanding the basic situation of the Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area.,GeoDa software was used to perform global spactial autocorrelation and local spactial autocorrelation analysis of the spatial form transformation and functional form transformation of the cultivated land use in the cities and counties in the region. The ArcGIS software was used to draw the LISA map.On this basis, the seven factors of population density, the proportion of rural population, per capita GDP,per land GDP,local fiscal revenue, percentage of first industry, and ratio of second and third industry were selected from three aspects: economy, population, and industrial structure. The RBFNN function in DPS software is used to analyze the effect of various evaluation factors on the spatial transformation and function transformation of the cultivated land in the Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area. Finally, the measured results are analyzed and explained.T The results show that: from the perspective of global autocorrelation, the spatial transformation of cultivated land in 15 cities and counties in the Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area shows a positive correlation effect from 2006 to 2015,indicating that there is a certain degree of spatial agglomeration and an increasing state. In terms of functional transformation, the Moran’sⅠof each year is positive and the value is high, but the overall decline is in the state. From the perspective of local autocorrelation, the local form spatial autocorrelation of cities and counties is not high. The low-low areas are mainly in Jiutai and Yongji counties, and the high-low areas are mainly in Nong’an County. The high-and high-area areas are mainly Dunhua City and Wangqing County. The low-high areas are mainly Yanji City, and other areas are insignificant. In terms of functional form transformation, the high-high areas are mainly found in the areas of Changchun City,Dehui City,Jiutai City,Nong’an County, and Yongji County, while the low-low regions mainly appear in Wangqing County,Dunhua City, and Antu County.County,Longjing City.In the coefficient calculation of influencing factors, ratio of second and third industry, the proportion of rural population, and the per land GDP have the highest impact on spatial transformation of cultivated land in 15 cities and counties in the Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area. The smallest impact is the percentage of first industry. The proportion of rural population and percentage of first industry in the transformation of functional forms has a strong influence on cities and counties in the Changchun – Jilin–Tumenjiang Area. The change in per capita GDP,per land GDP,local fiscal revenue and ratio of second and third industry has a slightly less impact on the transformation of the functional of cultivated land. |
