regional food security and long-term social and economic development.Economic development interests,farmers’ management behavior and other reasons induce the drastic transformation of cultivated land use,resulting in "non-agricultural","marginalization" and "functional decline" of cultivated land use transformation problems;Under the background of the new era,the red line of cultivated land protection,the new situation of economic development,social transformation and development have put forward new requirements for cultivated land,which is facing the dual problem of "protection and development".It is urgent to realize the long-term utilization of cultivated land through scientific and reasonable transformation path.The identification of spatial-temporal differentiation pattern and influencing factors of cultivated land use transition is the first prerequisite to optimize the path of cultivated land use transition and an important way to enrich the connotation of cultivated land use transition.Guangxi border nodes hub for southeast Asia countries and in China to build an important bridgehead "area",relying on the strategy of "western development" and "xing" action "series of diversified xinjiang policy,growing economic and social development achievements,at the same time also make tend to tense relationship between" economy-population-land,cultivated land use transformation space heterogeneity increasingly obvious,In addition,the rapid development of border trade has increasingly increased the demand for land,especially scarce cultivated land resources,which will drive the continuous evolution of cultivated land use patterns.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the research on the transformation of cultivated land use,so as to provide a reference for guiding the transformation of cultivated land use towards benign evolution.Based on the above background,this paper based on the border region of guangxi eight county administrative region as the research unit,focusing on the cultivated land use transformation path optimization and sustainable development and utilization of your goal,the "dynamic comb-morphological characterizations--the problem identification analysis-path optimization" thinking framework,carry out the border region of guangxi land use transition research space and time differentiation and its influencing factors.Firstly,based on the remote sensing interpretation data of land use status at five time nodes in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and2018,based on the systematic review of domestic and foreign research status,discrimination and definition of relevant concepts,Using gis,spatial separation,Gini coefficient,coefficient of variation and gravity center model,the spatial-temporal characteristics of spatial transformation of cultivated land use in guangxi border region were described.Secondly,based on the service cognition of diversified cultivated land function,the evaluation index system of cultivated land use function transformation covering five dimensions of "safety-social-ecology-economy-nature" was constructed.Based on the comprehensive weight of the indicators,the coefficient of variation and entropy weight method were adopted to further measure the cultivated land use function transformation index.Spatial and temporal evolution of cultivated land use function transformation was revealed based on GIS carrier.Finally,through the grey correlation model on identification of cultivated land use transformation driving factors in time and space differentiation pattern evolution,based on the analysis of cultivated land use of space and function transformation process existing problems,and probes into the emergence of the border region of guangxi land use transformation mechanism of cultivated land use transition route optimization Suggestions,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial and temporal variation characteristics of cultivated land use spatial transformation in Guangxi border region are obviously different,the characteristics of quantity evolution are diversified,the distribution of spatial map is mixed,and the migration trajectory of transition center of gravity is alternate.From 2000 to 2018,the spatial transformation amplitude of cultivated land use in guangxi border area showed the characteristics of "slow rise,rapid decline,sharp rise" in time,and the overall spatial distribution pattern of "high in the middle and low on both sides".Ningming County was the most active,with the transformation amplitude accounting for 20.48%.The net decrease of cultivated land was 3861.48hm2,with a decrease of1.05%.The net conversion of cultivated land reached the highest level from 2005 to 2010,showing an increasing trend,and the spatial non-equilibrium showed an inverted "V" evolution process of "strengthening-weakening".The types of transformation are diversified,involving various land types and covering different fields such as society,economy and ecology.The area proportion of the transformation type was simple,mainly cultivated land and forest land were exchanged,followed by construction land transformation activity,and the main net flow of cultivated land to construction land.The spatial map of transition showed a mixed pattern of scattered linear pattern and toroidal plane pattern,presenting a regional distribution pattern of "small aggregation and large dispersion",and the migration trajectory showed a reverse trend of "southeast,northwest and southeast".(2)The temporal evolution characteristics of cultivated land use function transition in Guangxi border region were spatially heterogeneous,the total cultivated land function increased slightly,the leading function became diversified,and the horizontal spatial imbalance of functional transition was prominent.During the past 18 years,the functional dominance of cultivated land use function transition changed dramatically with time,presenting the evolutionary characteristics of "single significant and diversified dominant".The total function of cultivated land increased slightly,but the effect was not obvious enough.The function of maintaining social stability continues to decline,and the decline is more obvious with the widening gap between urban and rural incomes and the improvement of mechanization level.The function of food security,ecological landscape service,national economic contribution and agricultural production endowment showed a trend of continuous improvement on the whole.Among them,the increase of national economic contribution was particularly significant,and the economic contribution became increasingly obvious.Under the time series of the high value index,the pattern of "southeast to northwest" converges from the two ends to the central Longzhou County and Pingxiang City,while the low value index shows the opposite trend.The total cultivated land function transformation index of Longzhou County increased by 0.163,which was the most obvious and active area of cultivated land function transformation level.The high and low values of the cultivated land sub-function transformation index were distributed in a staggered spatial pattern.The higher values were dominant in the overall status pattern,and the higher values were slightly insufficient.The spatial disequilibrium of single function of cultivated land was obvious at different time periods,and the spatial heterogeneity of activity of multi-function transition of cultivated land was prominent.(3)The transformation of cultivated land use is driven by natural,economic and social fields.The driving effects of different factors are different in different periods,and the urbanization level is the main influencing factor.Urban social development,traffic location conditions,land macro-policy and natural environment base interact with each other to drive the transformation of cultivated land use in guangxi border area.The driving factors have different modes and effects in different research periods.To urbanization level,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries and population density of urban economic development and cultivated land from administrative center distance,the density of road network,traffic is convenient for the characterization of the transportation conditions of most relevant factors,along with the time evolution of the overall relevance degree increasing,the main factors of land use transition is induced;The impact of natural environment on cultivated land use transition was weak and showed a decreasing trend over time.The impact of natural environment on cultivated land use transition was gradually weakened,and the driving effect of human activities on cultivated land use transition was increasingly strengthened.The main driving factors were as follows: urbanization level > proportion of secondary and tertiary industries > population density > distance between cultivated land and administrative center > density of road network >convenience of transportation,which showed a dominant pattern of urban development,traffic location,land policy regulation and guidance,and natural environment foundation support.(4)It is an important path to realize the effective protection of cultivated land and the coordinated transformation and optimization of multiple functions to formulate multi-directional countermeasures integrating "planning-regulation-industry-technology-compensation-publicity".To function of cultivated land;Again,relying on the border region of guangxi special location and resource endowment advantages,explore the rural tourism industry,multi-function fusion innovation "border trade + cooperative" and "border trade and peer support" mode,by leading farmers’ income,narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,to stabilize the arable land,social stability and maintenance function,promote the cultivated land steadily promote the national economy contribution function,Promote the coordinated development of multi-function of cultivated land;Finally,the system of "occupying and supplementing the balance" of cultivated land should be strictly carried out,and the supervision role of grassroots level should be strengthened to do a good job in the publicity of cultivated land protection.The differentiated compensation mechanism should be established to subsidize the inclined grain planting of border residents,improve the planting enthusiasm of border residents,and reduce the transformation of cultivated land utilization driven by the abandonment of cultivated land.At the same time,the input of agricultural science and technology personnel should be increased,and the combination of organic and inorganic green and low-carbon fertilizers should be promoted to promote the efficient development of new green agriculture. |
