| The classification of agricultural land completed in 2009 has made a comprehensive understanding of the classification and distribution of all cultivated land,and formed a unified and comparable result of cultivated land,which has played a huge role in providing a basis for the protection of cultivated land quality,balance of cultivated land occupation and supplement,and territorial space planning in natural resources management.With the passage of time,the results of cultivated land classification have also appeared problems such as weak timeliness of evaluation parameters and lack of ecological indicators.Therefore,in2020,The State Council issued the Work Plan for The Quality Classification of Cultivated land Resources in the Third National Land Survey,forming a new method system for the quality classification of cultivated land resources.The new classification system is closely related to the natural quality characteristics of cultivated land resources.Compared with the classification of agricultural land,the new classification system adds a new level of ecological environment conditions.However,the result is the classification description of cultivated land attributes,without comprehensive evaluation,which cannot meet the horizontal comparison of cultivated land quality.Based on this,this study in Sujiatun district of Liaoning province as the research object,the quality of cultivated land resource classification results don’t results,such as cultivated land of cohesion and transformation were analyzed,and the use of comparative analysis,combining Arc GIS spatial data processing functions and function of SPSS linear regression analysis,comprehensive evaluation method to explore the quality of cultivated land resources classification,and build into model,In order to master the connection and transformation of cultivated land quality classification and cultivated land achievements.The results show that:(1)From the classification of cultivated land to the quality classification of cultivated land resources,the evaluation method has changed from quantitative comprehensive quality evaluation to semi-quantitative quality classification.The factor index changed from natural,social and economic aspects to closely link and enrich the natural quality of cultivated land,including the ecological environment condition index,and removed the surface rock outcrop degree,salinization degree,profile configuration,irrigation guarantee rate,drainage condition and irrigation water source index.The result expression has changed from the comprehensive classification of cultivated land to the classification code of cultivated land quality,which makes it better fit with the existing unified survey system of natural resources.(2)The quality classification of cultivated land resources can be connected with the achievements of cultivated land by comprehensive evaluation.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation method of cultivated land quality classification based on the quality classification of cultivated land resources is established by combining the quality classification system of cultivated land resources and the method of agricultural land classification.The comprehensive evaluation elements of "1 index,1 coefficient and 7 indexes" were determined by the method of comprehensive evaluation.Based on the physical geographical pattern index,the comprehensive evaluation index was obtained by the comprehensive modification of 7 factor indexes and land type coefficients.According to the score and weight of each factor index,three assignment schemes were proposed.The third assignment scheme was confirmed to be the most consistent with the cultivated land grading results through the demonstration of Sujiatun District.The specific weights are slope 0.22,soil thickness 0.29,soil texture 0.1,soil organic matter content 0.09,soil p H 0.06,biodiversity 0.1,soil heavy metal pollution status 0.14.(3)The cultivated land resource quality classification and cultivated land grade achievement can be transformed by linear regression function.This paper takes the cultivated land resource quality classification and cultivated land grade achievement in Sujiatun District as the research object.Based on the comprehensive evaluation method of cultivated land resource quality in this paper,through linear regression,There is a multiple linear regression relationship between the national natural index of the same cultivated land evaluation unit and the comprehensive evaluation scores of slope,soil thickness,soil texture,soil organic matter content,soil p H,biodiversity and soil heavy metal pollution in the classification results,and the relational equation is as follows: Y = 799.700 + 8.831 x1 + 3.792 x2-9.966 x3 x4 + 4.052 + 16.751 x 5 x7 x63.561 + 1.520);The linear relationship between the national natural index of the same cultivated land evaluation unit and the comprehensive evaluation index of cultivated land classification results is Y=445.385+ 0.874 x. |
