| On January 30,2018,the Ministry of Agriculture issued the Main Tasks for Livestock Husbandry in 2018,which clearly stated that it is necessary to further promote the high-quality development and transformation of the dairy cattle industry,support the transformation and upgrading of dairy farms,and guide appropriate scale farming.As an important component of China’s animal husbandry production,dairy cattle industry is also the front-end of the development of dairy chain.Keeping the healthy development of the dairy cattle industry is of great significance to the construction of modern animal husbandry,the development of the related industries such as planting,logistics,food and so on,the improvement of the rural economic level and the increase of farmers’ income.The dairy cattle industry in Anda City,the hometown of China’s dairy cows,is very developed and has become the main pillar of rural economic development in Anda.The production method of dairy cattle industry in Anda City has gradually developed towards being scaled and standard.It can also be said that the dairy cattle industry in Anda is at a new stage of transformation and development from being traditional to being modern.However,financial support for the development of the dairy cattle industry is insufficient.There are still certain obstacles to the investment of financial resources in the development of the dairy cattle industry,which has become an important factor constraining the further development of the dairy cattle industry.It is particularly important to solve the financial dilemma of dairy farming development in Anda City.Based on extensive reading of related domestic and foreign literatures,this paper uses field method and positive analysis to explore the financial support for dairy cattle industry development in Anda City.The main research contents of this paper include: First,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis for the financial support of the dairy cattle industry are defined through reference to relevant literature.Second,introduce the profile of Anda City and objectively judge the status quo of dairy cattle industry development in Anda City.Third,analyze the financial supply and demand situation of the dairy cattle industry in Anda City from a micro level,and discuss in depth the financial support for the imbalance of financial supply and demand in the development of dairy cattle industry in Anda City.Fourth,the DEA model is used to measure the efficiency of financial support for the development of the dairy cattle industry through the establishment of Anda City financial support for dairy cattle industry development index system.The empirical results show that the farms with comprehensive technical efficiency and effective financial support for the development of the dairy cattle industry are increasing year by year and are in an upward trend.The comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly driven by the scale efficiency,while the pure technical efficiency is in a state of “dragging”.Fifth,on the basis of the above research,measures and suggestions are proposed to improve the financial support of the Anda City for the development of the dairy cattle industry.Through the study on the problem of financial support for the dairy cattle industry in Anda City,that improve the quality and level of financial support dairy cattle industry development by strengthening policy support,strengthening policy finance,rural credit construction,strengthen the administrative departments to increase the linkage to the development of dairy cattle industry policy support;by optimizing the dairy cattle industry development environment,increase the size of the dairy farm investment,strengthen the construction of dairy farms to enhance the financing capacity of the dairy cattle industry;through innovative financial products,improve financial services to perfect rural financial market in conclusion in order to improve the level of financial support for the development of the dairy cattle industry in Anda city. |
