Transplanting is an important part of the potted flower product1 ion.Many kinds of large-scale automatic transplanters for flower seedlings have been developed at home and abroad,but most of them are fixed models and only suitable for rigid plastic seeding pots.The separation of rigid plastic seeding pots are easier than flexible plastic seeding pots.After transplanting,the pots should be transported to the seedling position by means of conveyor belt and movable nursery bed.The seedling-raising greenhouses of most potted flowers in China are medium-sized and small-sized.And the pots they used were mainly flexible black ones.Therefore,it is an urgent need to develop a transplanter which is self-propelled and suitable for soft pots.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the mechanical characteristics of seeding pots separation and landing process,design a part of a self-propelled greenhouse flower seedling transplanter,which is included separation device of flowerpot,transport device for flowerpot and flowerpot landing device.It is hoped that this research will provide a new idea for flower transplantation.The main content and researching results of this dissertation are listed as follows:1)This paper analyzed the research status of the supporting equipment of potted flower transplanter at home and abroad,and summarized the structure and function of the transplanter.Obtain the importance of flowerpot separation device,flowerpot transport device and landing device in the process of automatic transplanting.2)Completed the scheme selection of flowerpot separation device,flowerpot transport device and landing device.Analysis of the working process of the separation-landing device.Complete the structural design on the overall mechanical system.3)The mechanical characteristics of flowerpot separation were analyzed,and the mechanical parameters needed for flowerpot separation were measured.Using ANSYS simulation analysis software,the impact model of pot at the instant of landing was analyzed,and the distribution of stress and displacement at the instant of impact was obtained.On this basis,the real landing test of flowerpot is carried out,and the attitude and damage of pot landing from different heights are analyzed.Complete the design and calculation of the parameters of key components,and use SolidWorks 3D modeling software to design the mechanical system of the separation-landing device.Next,using SolidWorks Simulation plug-in to carry out static analysis and check the structural parameters of key components.4)The drive and control system of the separation-landing device is designed.It includes the selection of motor and cylinder in driving system,the selection of controller,relay and sensor in control system.After debugging and testing,the logic relationship of the control system is rigorous,the operation is stable,and the related work can be completed in the specified order.5)Experimental study on the flowerpot separation device.After debugging and testing,find out the factors influencing the separation pot and appropriate working condition.Experimental study on flowerpot landing device.Based on the single factor test of the flowerpot landing device,the key factors affecting the success rate are determined,which is include the recovery speed of expansion cylinder,outstretched length of expansion plate and the height of fixed cylinder.Then,the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment is carried out.The test data were analyzed by Design-Expert 8.0.6.1 software,get the significance level of factors and regression equation.Get the best combination of the facters by optimization analysis,and make test validation.
