| Due to the geographical location,environmental factors and other reasons of Bazhou,Xinjiang,the local industrial pepper,tomato and other crops generally have high yields and good quality.In current agricultural production,in order to further improve the yield of crops and reduce the adverse influence of weather on seedling stage,the seedling transplanting method is adopted to achieve.Low cost,easy management,high yield of per unit area and good sales make forever pay more and more value to the planting of industrial peppers,tomatoes and so on.However,at present,the main methods of transplanting are artificial transplanting and semi-automatic mechanical transplanting,which still cannot effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the efficiency of planting.But the automatic transplanter can effectively solve the above problems.In view of the actual situation in Bazhou,Xinjiang,a new type of mechanical automatic plug-seedling transplanter is put forward in this article.The invention solves the problem that the seedling tray is continuously connected during the shifting process during the working process of the mechanical transplanter;the design of a new seedling device is proposed,which has certain development significance for the research of automatic transplanting of the mechanical transplanter.In view of mechanical plug-seedling transplanter,this article carries out its overall design and experiments,which mainly include the following aspects:(1)A mechanical seedling collection and separation system was designed,which can automatically complete the work of seedling collection,seedling separation,transplanting and seedling dropping.It can effectively overcome the problem of the original mechanical transplanter operation,and realize efficient and high-speed seedling and seedling operation;(2)The mechanism model of transplanter was established by using solidworks2017,and each part of the seedling collection,seedling separation and transplanting mechanism was Three-dimensional designed.Also,the original parts of each work were introduced in detail.(3)According to the physical characteristics of pepper seedlings,the design of the seedling claw cylinder and the lateral displacement cylinder were designed,the cam mechanism of the seedling device was optimized,and the ratchet mechanism of the shifting device was designed.(4)The performance of the prototype was tested by indoor and field experiments.The indoor experiments included automatic seedling collection and separation,the success rate of transplanting,etc.Therefore,the success rate of seedling collection,loss rate of matrix,success rate of transplanting and the comprehensive injury rate of seedling pick-up were obtained.In the test of matrix loss rate during seedling extraction,when the seedling speed was 60 plants/min,the plant height was 174 mm,and the substrate moisture content was 31.75%,the best seedling quality was obtained.The analysis of results showed that the system’s performance was reliable.Moreover,the seedlings collection and separation,and the transplanting were all stable.The field experiments mainly examined the success rate of seedlings collection,success rate of transplanting,planting leakage rate,replanting rate,lodging rate,and injury rate,etc.Their average values are 96.88%,100%,3.75%,0.47%,0.62%,and 0.78%,respectively.The analysis of results showed that the qualified rate of planting reached the national standard of mechanical operation on dryland transplanting. |
