| With the high-speed development of national economy,it drives the sustained and steady development of economy in all walks of life.As a fishery powerful country,the development of fishery economy is bound to be aided by science and technology.Therefore,the development of fishery science and technology has been paid more and more attention,it is an inevitable requirement for building a strong country in science and technology to promote sustainable and high-quality development of fishery economy.In the previous literature reading,we found that the lack of targeted analysis of fishery science and technology on the impact of fishery economy,to deconstruct the relationship between the two empirical data.Therefore,this paper constructs a comprehensive index system of fishery science and technology based on the two-line research of fishery economy and fishery science and technology in China,in the "China Fishery Statistics Yearbook",the relevant data from 2009 to 2020 are selected,and the index weight is calculated first,then the sci-tech development index is calculated by entropy-TOPSIS method,furthermore,a time series VAR model is established to study the impact of scientific and technological development on fishery economy,with the Index of scientific and technological development and the total economic output value of fishery as two variables.The results show that fishery science and technology has been developing well in recent years,but there are still some factors restricting its development,and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the development of science and Technology and the development of fishery economy,the Fishery Science and technology index increases by 0.0139% on the total economic output value of the whole society.Finally,in order to increase the contribution of fishery science and technology,the adjustment of industrial structure is discussed by three main bodies,including government,market and talents,and the optimization of the ratio of talents and the allocation of market resources in the industrial structure,as an improvement measure to improve the contribution of fishery science and technology,it can provide some theoretical guidance for the long-term and healthy development of fishery economy in China. |
