Vitamins have rich biological functions,which affect the synthesis of coenzymes such as ?-hydroxydehydrogenase,flavase,acylase,further affect the metabolism of carbohydrate,fat and protein,and improve the production performance of animals.In the pig industry,vitamin deficiency can be caused by insufficient supply of vitamins in feed,poor absorption of animal's own digestive tract,and increased demand for special physiological conditions(pregnancy and lactation).Late pregnancy and lactation are the most critical links in sow production cycle.During this period,sow's increased vitamin demand is prone to vitamin deficiency,resulting in sow abortion,stillbirth,production of weak piglets or abnormal piglets,and even affects the growth performance of piglets,and reduces the economic benefits of raising pigs.In production,the addition of vitamins through the feed can significantly improve the above adverse effects.The multivitamin mixed powder currently used has the characteristics of being susceptible to oxidative damage,short shelf life,and unfavorable for storage,and its clinical application and effect are limited.Sichuan Zoenovo Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.uses nano-emulsification technology to make a variety of monomeric vitamins into oil-in-water emulsion-multivitamin nanoemulsion,which can prevent vitamins from being damaged by oxidation,but its clinical application effect has not been verified.In order to verify the influence of vitamin complex nanoemulsion developed on the production and reproduction in the late pregnancy and lactation period.120 healthy PIC matching sows with good nutrition,3rd parity and 85 d gestation were selected and randomly divided into test groups I,II and III,with 40 sows in each group(5 replicates and 8 sows in each replicate).Among them,group I was given compound vitamin nanoemulsion at 1 ml/kg+ basal diet,group II was given common compound vitamin at 1 g/kg+ basal diet,group III was fed basal diet,and sows in each group were given free drinking water during the trial period.Vitamins were added to feed the sows for a total of 58 d,i.e.from 85 d of gestation to 7 d of weaning.During the feeding period,the feed intake,incidence,litter performance,days between estrus to the second fetus,number of estrus returns and other reproductive indexes of the sows were recorded and recorded.The daily gain and diarrhea of suckling piglets were recorded.The results are as follows: 1.Effect of vitamin complex nanoemulsion on the performance of sows in late pregnancy.The number of newborn litter and keylets in group I was significantly higher than that in group II and III(P<0.01).The rate of mummies and weak babies was significantly lower than that of group II and III(P<0.01).The number of key babies and effective live babies increased by 3.5%,6.1%,and 0.91%,respectively,compared with Group III,which was 4.3%,6.6%,and 0.7% higher than that of Group II,respectively.Among them,the primary litter weight of group II was significantly higher than that of group III(P<0.05).It indicates that in the late pregnancy,the feed supplemented with multivitamin nanoemulsion can improve the sow's litter performance,increase the number of newborn litter and key,reduce the rate of mummification and weak birth rate;the effect is equivalent to that of common multivitamin.2.Effects of vitamin complex nanoemulsion on sows in late pregnancy and lactation.The diarrhea rate of group I sows was 15%,which was 27.5% lower than that of group III,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The interval between estrus and estrus was 2.98 days,which was significantly lower than that of group II and III(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of secondary fetuses was 92.5%,which was 7.5% higher than that of group III,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total amount of lactation was significantly higher than that of group II and III(P<0.01).The diarrhea rate in group II was 12.5%,which was 30% lower than that in group III(P<0.01).The interval between estrus and estrus was 3.24 days,which was significantly lower than that in group III(P<0.05).87.5%,compared with group III,increased by 2.5%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the total amount of lactation was significantly higher than group III(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the change values of I,II,and III sows(P>0.05),but the increase in backfat and the change in backfat during lactation in the third group of sows were greater.It indicates that in the late pregnancy,the feed supplemented with multivitamin nanoemulsion can reduce the diarrhea rate of the sow,maintain the sow sensation,and improve the reproductive performance of the sow,such as shortening the estrus interval,increasing the conception rate and total lactation;The effect is comparable to ordinary multivitamins.3.Effect of vitamin complex nanoemulsion on growth performance of suckling piglets.The primary weight,daily gain,and weaned piglets of group I were significantly higher than those of group III(P<0.01).The number of piglets in lactation was significantly lower than that of group III(P<0.01).The recovery days of piglets were 1.3 days,which was 1.8 days shorter than that of group III,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The birth weight,daily weight gain and weaning of piglets in group II were significantly higher than those in group III(P<0.05).The number of piglets in lactation was significantly less than that in group III(P<0.01).The recovery days of piglets after onset were 1.5 d,shortened by 1.6 d compared with group III,the difference was extremely significant(P <0.01).It indicates that in the late pregnancy,the feed supplemented with multivitamin nanoemulsion can improve the performance of piglets,increase the weight of newborn piglets and weaned piglets,shorten the disease course of piglets and reduce the number of piglet deaths.The effect is slightly better than ordinary multivitamins.The combination of multivitamin nanoemulsion and common multivitamins in the post-pregnancy and lactating sows can effectively improve the sow's body condition,reduce the incidence of sows in the late pregnancy,and improve the growth performance of the piglets.The effect of adding multivitamin nanoemulsion is better.
