The Effect Of Multivitamin Nanoemulsion On Production Performance And Intestinal Microecology Of Growing Rex Rabbit

Nanoemulsion,also known as Microemulsion,is by the oil phase,water phase,surfactant and help surfactants,in an appropriate proportion of the formation of a transparent or translucent,low viscosity of the thermodynamic stability system,its particle size is between1²00 nm.Nanoemulsion technology in food and drug processing has been widely used,but in animal nutrition research is less,the application of rabbit in the home has not been reported.In this study,fat-soluble vitamin and water-soluble vitamin were prepared according to the feeding standard and the quality was been appraised.The nanoemulsion was studied its effects on growth,immunity and antioxidation of Rex Rabbit and its effect on intestinal micro-ecology,and the new results was as follows:1.Preparation of multivitamin nanoemulsion:The multivitamin nanoemulsion is oil in water（O/W）type,the appearance clarifies transparent,the light yellow,slightly milky light,distributes evenly,the average particle size 124 nm.High performance liquid chromatography for the determination of multivitamin nanoemulsion,each mL contains vitamin A 12.01 mg,vitamin D 8.12 mg,vitamin E 96.35 mg,nicotinamide 43.77 mg,vitamin B₁ 2.23 mg,vitamin B₆ 2.04 mg.2.The multivitamin nanoemulsion could significantly decreased the feed/gain,morbidity and mortality of growing Rex Rabbits（P<0.05）,increased the daily gain（P>0.05）.The thymus indexof growth Rex Rabbit was decreased（P<0.05）,and the content of immunoglobulin IgG in serum was increased（P<0.05）.Significantly improve the blood of growth Rex Rabbit MDA,SOD and T-AOC antioxidant index（P<0.05）,improve the growth Rex Rabbit body antioxidant performance.3.The results showed that the multivitamin nanoemulsion could significantly improve the ileal villi height（P<0.01）,significantly reduce the crypt depth（P<0.05）,significantly reduce the micro-biodiversity（P<0.05）of the cecum in Rex Rabbit,but could improve the abundance（P<0.05）of the thick-walled bacteria in the flora.In this experiment,the multivitamin nanoemulsion of Rex Rabbit was prepared successfully,and which added in the drinking water could improve the growth performance of Rex Rabbit,enhance its immunity and anti-oxidation ability,and improve the intestinal tissue structure and the microenvironment of cecum in Rex Rabbit.The study provided the basis for the application of vitamin Namoemulsion in Rex Rabbit production.
