At present,our country's animal husbandry have a rapid development,there have been some grass collector device,but these devices already cannot satisfy the need of herders,especially in the bale unpacking and herbage shattered aspects need more stable and more efficient equipment to cater the needs of the nomads.Design a unpacking machine for the realization of the bale unpacking mechanization and automation.1.Set up the models.Based on the research of the bale forming principle,Mapping a foreign machine,combined with domestic and foreign research situation of broken grass machine,using 3 d software Solidworks to establish and improve the machine model,basic meet the design requirements.(1)Determination of the mechanical structure.The machine use the collector to pick up the grass in the warehouse,use the straw bale rotating mechanism,crushed grass,and grass ring mechanism crushed the grass bale,herbage away distance can be adjusted by careless block mechanism.(2)Determination of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic system control collecting lifting oil cylinder,complete pick up bale actions;Control block lifting to adjust the broken grass distance away;Control grass hydraulic motor rotor rotation,make the bale rotating.(3)Finite element analysis.Use the SolidWorks simulation analysis of important components crushed grass cutter,the results showed that the safety factor of the broken grass cutter is 3.75.2,The bale crush test.The machine came to a large number of crushing straw bale experiment,The experimental design method is designed for orthogonal test,and the main contradiction is grasped and the efficiency of experiment is improved.The experiment data analysis method is the analysis of the intuitions and the variance analysis,the main factors are determined,and the optimal solution is established.the experiment results show that the whole machine structure design is simple,easy to operate.This machine can unpack and crush forage grass effectively,This machine completely conform to the requirements of use.The machine pick up,unpacking and crushed grass are flexible.Machine unpacking rate 100%,grass crushing length is adjustable,the minimum length is 3 cm,forage scatters distance is adjustable,range from 1 m to 10 m.
