Using 87-1?Centennial Seedless(GoldxQ25-6)?Sunset Red(Shenyang rosex Kyoho)as materials,Four different selenium concentrations(17,20,23,26g/L)were sprayed on the leaves of three grapes,The effects of selenium content,fruit quality and leaf quality on three grapes were studied.The suitable spraying concentration and spraying period for different grape growth were studied.The results are as follows:1.Leaf application of selenium can effectively increase the content of selenium in grapes,but the enrichment ability of grapes of different varieties is different.When the selenium concentration was 20g/L in 87-1 and Centennial seedless,the selenium content of fruit is 42.10?g/kg,14.50?g/kg respectively to achieve the optimal effect of this test.Sunset red at 17g/L,it has reached a maximum of 14.30?g/kg?2.Under the same concentration of selenium,the enrichment and transformation ability of selenium in different grapes are different.Among the three grapes,87-1 grape has the strongest selenium enrichment and transformation ability,followed by Centennial seedless grape,and the worst is sunset red grape.3.Selenium application on leaf surface can improve the fruit quality of grape in different degrees.After spraying selenium,the soluble solids,total sugar,sugar-acid ratio,VC,tannin and anthocyanin of the three grapes were obviously improved,and the grape yield was also increased.In 87-1 and centennial seedless fruits with 20g/L selenium concentration reached the best intrinsic quality in this experiment,while in sunset red fruits with 23g/L selenium concentration,the indices were significantly higher than those of other treatments.4.Leaf surface spraying with selenium amino acid can significantly promote the chlorophyll synthesis of 87-1,centennial seedless and sunset red grape leaves,improve the Pn and Tr of leaves,and reduce the Ci.5.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the selenium content in the fruits and leaves,the appearance and internal quality of the fruits and the quality of the leaves of the three kinds of grapes,it is concluded that the best selenium concentration of 87-1 and Centennial seedless grapes is 20g/L,and the best selenium concentration of sunset red grapes is 17g/L.
