This reasech on the grape of Cabernet Sauvignon were carried out in Dingzhou.In this study,inorder to improved the light condition in berries ripeness, leaf removing and reflecting film were make used of and we reaserched on the quality an Resveratrol contents of grape berries.The main subjects included:analyzing the contents of the sugar, total acid,tannin,total phenol and total anthocyan in berries and determined the contents of resveratrol with HPLC in grape.Research results are foundating to improved the quality grape Cabernet Sauvignon in berries ripeness by improved the light condition.1 The light intensity of treetop and bore of grapes can be sharply increased by leaf removing and reflecting film. At the beginning, the method of leaf removing improved the relative light intensity to 37.13%,which is 2.3 times than contrats; The combination of leaf removing and reflecting film improved the relative light intensity to 225.22%, which is 3.52 times than contrats.2 The results showed that the leaf photosynthesis rate was increased for all treatments, with 28.3% and 72.6% more for that of leaf removing and reflecting film compared to non-treatment control, respectively. The combination of leaf removing and reflecting film using did not show additive effect.3 It was not significant that the effect of leaf removing and reflecting film on the leaf stomatal conductance and CO2 concentration.4 The quality of the wine grape can be improved by leaf removing and reflecting film. Leaf removing make an increase of soluble solids content, it makes soluble solids content grows from 16.07% to 18%, and it makes pigments grows from 1.07mg/g to 2.17mg/g. Reflecting film can be a marked increase of the total sugar content in the grape, it makes the total sugar content grows from 128.26mg/g to 141.33mg/g. Reflecting film can makes reduce the acidity of 20.66% in the fruit; Leaf removing and reflecting film can slowed the reduction-speed of tannin and phenol which ing the wine grape, these methods ensured a good wine characteristics of the raw materials.5 Leaf removing and reflecting film can make resveratrol synthes faster, they make resveratrol grow from 12.08μg/g to 20.59μ/g and increase the medicinal value and commercial nature of grapes and wine.6 It was not significant that the effect of leaf removing and reflecting film on the nutrient accumulation.
