Objective:This test is based on Area Cabernet Sauvignon in Shihezi as research material, effects of different rack Cabernet Sauvignon canopy photosynthesis, fruit quality and growth status, screening benefit Cabernet fruit growth and fruit quality increase suitable shaping the way, provide a theoretical basis for the production. Methods: In the initial growth of the tree(April 10), depending on the tree pruning and shaping, through flowering(June 10), fruiting period(July 10), enlargement period(August 10), shaping the way are factory-frame, Li Jia, double plant U-shaped frame. Research on the effects of different ways of shaping photosynthetic characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, measured Pn, Tr, Ci, Cond. Affect the determination of different training Cabernet 4,5,6 steadily long section thick; and some fruit quality Cabernet Sauvignon influence; measuring titratable acidity, soluble solids, soluble sugar, total phenols, tannins, flower Gan Su; impact of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit leaves the area; and Cabernet Sauvignon on the inner palisade and spongy tissue. The results showed that:(1) three rack on fruit photosynthesis compared: flowering, do affect the fruit, enlargement, maturity Pn, Tr, Ci, Cond of. For Cabernet Sauvignon combined effects of improved fruit quality, and promote the photosynthesis of the tree, to improve the growth conditions of trees, plants and dual-frame factory U-shaped frame better effects than traditional trellis.
