The Study On Supply Of Public Goods In Forest Region Of Shaanxi Province

At this moment,to study the supply situations of public goods in forest regions under the background of forest reform and to improve the farmers' satisfaction with the supply of public goods is not only an important breakthrough to solve the problems of forest regions,forestry and forest farmers,but also the crux to promote the sustainable development of forestry.At present,the supply of public goods in forest regions in China has ubiquity problems,like the scale and structure of public goods supply is unreasonable,and the concept of public goods supply is weak.How to improve the supply of public goods is an urgent need to promote the economic growth of forest regions in Shaanxi Province and establish a sustainable and stable supply mechanism for public goods in forest areas.This paper is mainly based on the theory of supply of public goods,using the Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI)and logstic regression model as study tools,taking the present situation of the supply of public goods in Huanglong County of Shaanxi Province as the research object.To study and analyze the supply of public goods and possible problems in Shaanxi Province combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis.In particular,using logistic regression model to study forest region public goods and its satisfaction factors.Finally,to get the conclusion that we should rational allocate resources,and narrow the difference of public goods supply,to optimize the supply structure,and meet different levels of supply and demand,to rich supply channels to improve the degree of participation of the supply side,to strengthen the training of farmers,raise comprehensive quality and awareness of rural residents at the grassroots level,at last,we need improve the supervision and management to rise the quality of public goods supply.Only in that way,can we promote a sustainable and coordinated development of ecological,economic and social aspects of forest regions in Shaanxi Province.
