Effects Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Combined With Urea Nitrogen On Physiological Characteristics And Yield Formation Of Cotton

Abstract/Summary:
In order to explore the rational application of liquid organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer in drip irrigation cotton in northern Xinjiang,2015,2016,respectively,in Xinjiang Hutubi County,Changji Sanping farm on the application of research,explore the effect of fertilizer application of“new strong”liquid organic fertilizer on the photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of cotton in different fertilization periods,and then screened the appropriate application period and application amount of liquid fertilizer,and on this basis,combined with nitrogen fertilizer to discuss the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer on the physiological characteristics of cotton and yield formation of drip irrigation,and provide the theoretical basis for rational fertilization of drip irrigation in northern Xinjiang.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The average height of plant height and stem diameter of cotton treated with liquid organic fertilizer was higher than that of non-liquid organic fertilizer by 8.5%and 8.59%respectively.At the cotton seedling stage(45 L·hm-2)and bud stage(90 L·hm-2)treatment of liquid organic fertilizer was more favorable than that of liquid organic fertilizer.The reasonable application of liquid organic fertilizer could significantly increase the leaf area index,chlorophyll SPAD value,Dry matter accumulation,yield of 4851.00 kg·hm-2,to a certain extent,reduce the cost of investment and improve the soil environment;2.In the treatment of 45 L·hm-2 and 90 L·hm-2 at the seedling stage,the treatment of reducing the topdressing of nitrogen fertilizer by 20%was beneficial to improve the soil environment and enhance the adaptability of the crop to the environment.And the leaf area index,chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation per plant were 1.59%,6.49%and 7.30%higher than those of conventional fertilizer application.The yield of cotton was increased and the yield was significant different(P<0.05).3.In the treatment of 45 L·hm-2 and 90 L·hm-2 at the seedling stage,topdressing urea constants decreased by 20%and with liquid organic fertilizer NPK treatment can effectively improve and adjust the crop photosynthesis characteristic and plant the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein in the body.Under the different fertilizer treatments in the same period of leaf transpiration rate Tr,net photosynthetic rate Pn,stomatal conductance Gs and soluble protein content were the highest C treatment,and leaf intercellular CO2 concentration,soluble sugar content with minimum C treatment.In addition,C treatment of soil environment can enhance the capacity of crops on the absorption of nutrients,more conducive to the nutrient absorbing of the plants.In summary,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied on the basis of the application of“new strong”liquid organic fertilizer 135 L·hm-2 in cotton seedling stage and bud stage was20%lower than that of conventional topdressing nitrogen fertilizer purpose.
