Effects Of Combined Application Of Organic Manure And Chemical Fertilizer On Tobacco Planting Soil And Flue Cured Tobacco Yield And Quality In Dali Tobacco Growing Areas

For the study of tobacco production feasibility of mixed application of organic and chemical fertilizer、organic fertilizer and fertilizer suitable ratio,according to the standard dosage of fertilizer used in the local tobacco cultivation and production technology in Dali,apply all fertilizer for comparison,to study the application of 25%,50%,75%and 100%organic fertilizer for the Dali tobacco soil physical and chemical properties,microbial flora quantity and quality of flue-cured tobacco production.The results showed that the production and cultivation technology of flue cured tobacco can be used as a substitute for fertilizer,and improve the soil structure,promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco,the economic characters,chemical composition and sensory evaluation quality of flue-cured tobacco can be improved by applying 25%organic fertilizer in Dali.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizers on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial floraEffect of organic fertilizer and potassium sulfate on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial flora in Dali.The results showed that:The mixed application of organic fertilizer and potassium sulfate had a certain improvement effect on the physical and chemical properties of tobacco planting soil,and the effect of the specific proportion of the fertilizer application was dififerent,all of the chemical fertilizer in the soil was the worst.Among them,50%organic fertilizer and 50%potassium sulfate mixed application,the improvement of soil physical and chemical properties of the best.(2)Efifects of organic manure and chemical fertilizers on growth,yield and quality of flue-cured tobaccoIn the city of Dali through mixed fertilizer experiments that flue-cured tobacco variety is K326,The study of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on the agronomic characters,the statistics and investigation,the economic characters,the routine chemical components analysis and the sensory quality evaluation of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that:In the treatment of fertilizer application with organic fertilizer 25%,the average rooting height is 103.4cm,leaf number is 21.6,Leaf blade length are 71.06cm and 33.5cm,stalk circumference is 9.81cm,and agronomic traits of the best indicators.75%of the organic fertilizer and 25%of the fertilizer mix,50%organic fertilizer and 50%fertilizer mix effect not all of the application of fertilizer,all of the effect of inorganic fertilizer is the worst.The different between the treatment and control of tobacco disease incidence rate was not significantly different,showed that the application of organic fertilizer did not affect the occurrence of common diseases of tobacco,or is not significantly affected.And processing each in this experiment and almost no difference between what the incidence rates,the organic fertilizer did not enhance disease resistance of tobacco plant.The effect of the combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on the agronomic characters of tobacco plant was the same as that of the economic characters,are shown as:treatment 2(instead of 25%)>treatment 1(CK)>treatment 3(instead of 50%)>4(instead of 75%)>5(100%).Treatment 2(25%replacement)than the treatment 1(CK)in the yield of more than 3kg,the average price of more than 0.17 yuan,103.23 yuan per mu in the output value,in the upper proportion of smoke and smoke ratio 0.3%and 0.7%respectively.The application of organic fertilizer in the treatment of substitution of chemical fertilizer can improve the content of the substrate,the quality of tobacco leaf,the tobacco leaf nicotine,total nitrogen content,the chemical quality of tobacco leaf,the coordination of the main chemical components of the upper leaf and inner quality of tobacco leaf.The chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco was the most coordinated with the mixture of 25%organic fertilizer and 75%fertilizer.With the increase of the proportion of organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizer,tobacco smoking aroma was stepped decline;quality of aroma,aftertaste,odor,irritation,burning ash,smoking score were stepped increments.As the organic fertilizer alternative fertilizer that with the increase of organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizer proportion,can effectively improve the smoking quality of aroma,aftertaste,odor,irritation,burning,ash and other indicators,but the smoking aroma concentration and aroma quantity has certain inhibition.The effect of the mixture of 25%organic fertilizer and 75%fertilizer on the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco was good.
