Flue-cured tobacco is an important cash crop in our country,and its yield and quality has direct influence on the economic performance of tobacco production.Impact of the topic"smoking and health",the request of increasing security of tobacco and reducing the application of chemistry product becomes more and more intensively.The article is directed against the current situation of tobacco producing,proceeded with the appropriate control and adjust of Flue-cured tobacco's nutrient and metabolism,so we combined pot experiment and field trial in order to studied the effect and mechanism of fly maggot organic Fertilizer on the growth,development,yield and quality,especially.The main results of study are as followed:1.Effect of different amounts of peat on soil characteristicsThe contents of soil available N of fly maggot organic treatment was lower a little than the contrast after transplanted 35 days.After transplanted 50 days,the orders of that was T2＞T3＞T4＞T5＞T1(the signs ofT1,T2,T3,T4,T5 standing for the treatment applied pure chemical fertilizer,the percentages of 25,50,75and100organic N of fly maggot organic fertilizer).As compared with the treatment of contrast,the contents of soil available N increased by 22.4%,17%,15%and9%,respectively.It was higher of the available P of the treatments applied fly maggot organic fertilizer than contrast during the whole growth,especially applied the bio-organic of 25%organic after transplanting 50 days.The contents of soil available K of treatments was T4＞T5＞T3＞T2＞T1 after transplanting 30 days,then decliningg of Y1 and T2 than stabilizing of T2,T3 and T5.It was which after transplanted 30 days.enhancing the percent 4.4%,11.1%,17.6%,12.6%,respectively.It was evident that as the fly maggot organic fertilizer increasing the soilpH value decreased.However,when the peat amount reached certain degree the soil pH value would vary greatly. Applying Winelees bio-organic fertilizer greatly increased the number of soil microbes and strengthened soil enzyme activity.The number of fungus in soil microbes and fly maggot organic fertilizer amount displayed positive correlation and it reached significant level.2.Effect of different fly maggot organic fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco's physiological and biological indexes and agronomic characteristics in several growth periods. The treatment applied by fly maggot organic fertilizer of 25%organic N can improved the perimeter and height of stem and the number of leaf.When applied 75%～100%organic N,it was disadvantage growth and development during 30～50 days and ripen.About 50 days after transplanting,in other words the period of absorbingnitrogen actively,nitrate reductase activity reached maximum.In the whole samplingperiod invertase activity's varying tendencies were basically similar.3.The effects of fly maggot organic fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco qualityfly maggot organic fertilizer can further the coordination and equilibrium of various nutrient elements and chemistry composition inside Flue-cured tobacco.Combining application of fly maggot organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer with proper ratio can improve the nitrogenous nutrition,balance the carbon-nitrogen metabolism,send more phosphorus and potassium to leave,better the harmony of the main chemistry composition such as nicotine,sugar and protein,advance the sensory evaluation indexes of tobacco leave such as aroma,aftertaste,vigor and so on.4.Effect of fly maggot organic fertilize on the yield and quality in tobacco leavesAs results of that,the output value were improved,T3＞T2＞T4＞T5＞T1.It reached a notably level that the treatment applied the fly maggot organic of 25%,50%,75%organic N than contrast,and the treatment applied percent of 100%organic N had not reached that.The average value and superiority leaf is higher that treatment applied the fly maggot organic of 25%,50%organic N than contrast.
