In order to study the effects of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on soil physical and chemical properties, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and nitrogen use efficiency in Zhangjiajie tobacco growing area.Yunyan 87,a flue-cured tobacco variety, was used in this experiment.Under the condition of constant nitrogen application rate, organic fertilizer with different nitrogen content was used to replace chemical fertilizer with different nitrogen content.Three treatments were set up in the experiment, including T1(CK)treatment: only chemical fertilizer(no nitrogen reduction by chemical fertilizer),T2treatment: 25% nitrogen provided by organic fertilizer + 25% nitrogen reduced by chemical fertilizer,T3 treatment: 35% nitrogen provided by organic fertilizer + 35% nitrogen reduced by chemical fertilizer,T3 treatment: 35% nitrogen provided by organic fertilizer + 35%nitrogen reduced by chemical fertilizer T4 treatment: organic fertilizer provides 45%nitrogen + chemical fertilizer reduces 45%.The results are as follows:1.The results showed that T2,T3 and T4 treatments with different nitrogen content of organic fertilizer instead of different nitrogen content of chemical fertilizer could improve the content of soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, soil available phosphorus and soil available potassium during the growth period of flue-cured tobacco field, and increased with the increase of the proportion of nitrogen supplied by organic fertilizer, and the effect of T4 treatment was the most significant(P < 0.05),In the late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco, the content of soil available phosphorus in T4 treatment was 40.19%,29.12% and 25.01%higher than that in T1,T2 and T3 treatment,respectively.2.The results showed that the substitution of organic fertilizer with different nitrogen content for chemical fertilizer with different nitrogen content could significantly improve the agronomic traits, yield, output value and sensory evaluation quality of flue-cured tobacco. The yield of T2,T3 and T4 treatments with different nitrogen content of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer increased by 3.30%,8.93% and 5.68% respectively, and the output value increased by 33.33%,50.40% and 30.58% respectively.Under the condition of the same level of nitrogen application, the best effect was obtained when 35% of nitrogen was supplied by organic fertilizer, which was suitable to be popularized in Zhangjiajie tobacco growing area to improve economic benefits.3.Organic fertilizer with different nitrogen content instead of chemical fertilizer with different nitrogen content is more conducive to improve nitrogen agronomic efficiency, nitrogen partial productivity and nitrogen recovery efficiency.T3 treatment, that is,organic fertilizer provides 35% of nitrogen instead of chemical fertilizer, and the effect of reducing nitrogen by 35% is the best.T1 was the best treatment for nitrogen physiological use efficiency, and the more organic fertilizer was applied, the higher nitrogen physiological use efficiency was.In conclusion, organic fertilizer with different nitrogen content instead of chemical fertilizer with different nitrogen content can improve soil environment, improve nitrogen use efficiency and increase yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in Zhangjiajie. The results showed that T3 treatment could provide 35% n(693 kg / hm2 of organic fertilizer)instead of chemical fertilizer, and the effect of reducing 35% N was the best. Therefore, the best effect can be achieved through the appropriate proportion of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer, but the most appropriate proportion of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco planting in Zhangjiajie tobacco area still needs further experimental research.
