| Pot and field experiment were conducted to study the effect produced by blending ratio between nitrogen form and different fully-fermented sesame seed cake rate of fertilizer application, equal cake fertilizer rate and fresh cake fertilizer on physiology biochemistry characteristic,agoronomic character and the chemical composition and aromatic substance of flue-cured tobacco during the period of growth and development. The results are as follows:1.The treatment blending with 40% fully-fermented sesame seed cake fertilizer and the NO3/NH4 for 3:1 could sustain the maximum activity of NR and invertase for a long time,contribute to the decomposition and utilization of sucrose and the synthesis and accumulation of nitrogenous compounds,and improve the vigorous progress of carbon-nitrogen metabolism. While the treatment with the NO3/NH4 for 1:1 and 20% fully-fermented cake fertilizer was good to promote the NR activity,the invertase activity was somewhat lower than that with the equal rate fresh cake fertilizer.2.Under the condition of blending with 40% fully-fermented sesame seed cake fertilizer,different nitrogen forms had no obvious effects on the free amino acid content in tobacco leaves,but the content of organic acid and chlorophyll and root activity increased with adding nitrate nitrogen rate. Under the condition of NO3/NH4 for 1:1 and blending with 20% fully-fermented cake fertilizer, the chlorophyll content and root activity always kept the highest,but the free amino acid content showed a declinimg tendency with increasing cake fertilizer rate.compared with the theatment of equal rate fresh cake fertilizer,the one blending 20% and 40% fully-fermented cake fertilizer could improve the content of free amino acid and organic acid and root activity much more, but the chlorophyll content was not affected greatly.3.The treatment with 40% folly-fermented cake fertilizer and the NOs/NH4 for 1:3 could contribute to enhance the plant height and stalk circumference, and expand leaf area;while bigger leaf area and advanced leaf appearing came in the treatment with the NO3/NH4 for 1:1 and blending with 20% folly-fermented cake fertilizer.4.The treatment of blending 40% folly-fermented cake fertilizer with the NO3/NH4 for 3:1 and 20% folly-fermented cake fertilizer with the NO3/NH4 for 3:1,the chemical composition content of flue-cured tobacco is proper, petroleum ether extract, potassium content is higher,57sugar/nicotine, potassium/chlorine, total nitrogen/nicotine is compatible.5.Under the condition of blending with 40% fully-fermented cake fertilizer, compared to the treatment with NO3/NH4 for 1:3 and NO3/NH4 for 3:1, the aromatic substance category is close ,but the former has much lower content than the later. The aromatic substance category of the treatment with NO3/NH4 for 1:1 is lower than the two above. The aromatic substance category and content were higher in the treatment of blending 20% fully-fermented cake fertilizer with the NO3/NH4 for 1:1, but they did not increase by adding the cake fertilizer rate. When the cake fertilizer rate increase to 40%, the aromatic substance category reduced; when increase to 40%, the aromatic substance content reduced. Blending 40% fresh cake fertilizer was not helpful to improve the aromatic substance content. |
