In order to study the effects of bio organic fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco, the tobacco cultivation mode, reducing the work efficiency and quality of the flue-cured tobacco varieties, K326 as the research object, by field experiments and pot experiments, first determine the biological organic fertilizer on maize straw replacement rate of germination and seedling growth of tobacco seeds; and a pot experiment was conducted to study the biological effect of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on soil physical and chemical characteristics of the microbial content level, finally through field test of bio organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco, the tobacco seedling optimal bio organic fertilizer on maize straw optimal replacement rate and the growth of flue-cured tobacco in biological field organic fertilizer and fertilizer application ratio. Research shows:(1) Effects of bio organic fertilizer on seed germination and seedling growth of flue-cured tobacco:The experimental results showed that bio organic fertilizer could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of flue-cured tobacco, and had no significant difference in agronomic characters, biomass, root activity and chlorophyll content of Flue-cured Tobacco Seedlings under the treatment of 70% corn straw and 30% biological organic fertilizer. The SOD and MDA two kinds of enzyme activity reached the maximum. In the process of floating seedling raising, the biological organic fertilizer was used to replace 30% corn stalks.(2) The effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the physical and chemical properties and microbial quantities of tobacco planting soil:The experimental results showed that the combined application of bio organic fertilizer and tobacco specific potassium sulfate compound fertilizer could improve the soil physical and chemical properties, increase the number of fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in soil, and the combined application of 50% bio organic fertilizer and 50% tobacco was the highest, with the same proportion of bio organic fertilizer and tobacco specific potassium sulfate in soil, which was favorable for microbial growth. At the same time, the combination of bio organic fertilizer and tobacco specific potassium sulfate compound fertilizer can increase the soil nutrient content, and increase the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil.(3) The effects of organic manure and chemical fertilizer on the growth of Flue-cured TobaccoThe experimental results showed that the combination of bio organic fertilizer and tobacco specific potassium sulfate compound fertilizer could improve the growth of flue-cured tobacco in early stage, The effects of 50% bio organic fertilizer and 50% tobacco specific potassium sulfate fertilizer on the growth of flue-cured tobacco were the most obvious, reaching 126d. At the same time, it was found that the agronomic characters of flue-cured tobacco growing in different stages, and the maximum leaf number and maximum leaf area of tobacco were treated with CK, and the maximum and maximum leaf number and maximum leaf area of tobacco were treated by CK. In each growth period, the activity of SOD and POD showed increasing trend, and reached the maximum at budding stage, and decreased with the increase of 50%.Biological organic fertilizer chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves the indicators were in the suitable range and sugar to nicotine than more hasten is harmonious, tobacco performance for aroma characteristic is obvious, slightly stronger momentum, concentration, aroma, aroma quantity sufficient (+), the aftertaste still comfortable, bio organic fertilizer and special-purpose tobacco potassium sulfate with application can affect the tobacco leaf quality in a certain extent, also can significantly reduce the incidence and disease index of tobacco black shank, red star disease and mosaic is applied. It is suggested that the application of bio organic fertilizer and tobacco specific potassium sulfate compound fertilizer was applied in the field production of flue-cured tobacco. The specific distribution ratio was determined according to the specific climatic conditions, soil conditions and cultivation measures.
