Anesthetic Effects And Application Of Zoletil Combined With Xylazine Ⅱ In Wuzhishan Pig

Zoletil and Xylazine Ⅱ widely used in animal clinic in our country.A large number of studies have shown that Zoletil andXylazine Ⅱ compound anesthetic for dogs and cats and other animals sleep good anaesthesia effect,is better than single use from time to tome of anesthesia,analgesia and muscle relaxant effect,and greatly reduce the use of anesthetic doses and adverse reactions.But this compound anesthesia method is not applied to pig,this test is commonly used clinical anesthetic newⅡ sleeps,the cable car glides and speed with small wuzhishan pigs as test object,observing the two anesthetic composite application of experimental pigs anesthetic effect.In this study,6 healthy wuzhishan pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 pigs in each group.The first group was experimental group 1 and the second group was experimental group 2.Group 1:intravenous first 1 mg/kg(0.02 mL/kg)of Zoletil 50,immediately after intramuscular injection of 0.01 mL/kgnew Ⅱ speed sleep;Group 2:intravenous first 1 mg/kg(0.02 mL/kg)of Zoletil 50,immediately after intramuscular injection of 0.03 mL/kg new Ⅱ fast sleep.ToXylazine Ⅱinjection speed of 0 min,monitoring time 0 min,10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min,60 min.Body temperature,respiration,heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation,pain response and time of head raising were recorded at each monitoring time.The results showed that Zoletil andXylazine Ⅱ sleep after compound anesthesia on experimental pigs,compared with before anesthesia,temperature show significant differences, hypothermia;The difference of respiration was very significant,and the frequency of respiration increased obviously.The heart rate was significantly different,and the heart rate decreased.There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation.The analgesia time of experimental group 1 was 10.11 2.13min.The analgesia time of experimental group 2 was 31.56 5.56min.Zoletil andXylazine Ⅱ compound anesthesia of pigs,anesthesia effect is good.It can be seen that experimental group 1 is not suitable for complicated and long clinical operation with too short anesthesia time.Experimental group 2 cable car glides intravenous 1 mg/kg(0.02 mL/kg), fastXylazine Ⅱ 0.03 mL/kg for rational pig anesthesia,complete anesthesia time can produce 31.56+/-5.66 min.Anesthesia used in pig spleen removal of the experimental group 2 animal model establishment of surgery,the results show that Zoletil andXylazine Ⅱ sleep in the process of anesthesia,the temperature,the influence of breathing,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,and the experimental group 2 results are similar.The operation was completed successfully and the postoperative recovery of the pig was good.
