Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Case analysis of 70 femoral fractures collected by Bobo pet hospital at the wave,By comparing the four kinds of commonly used in clinical oblique fracture by interna 1 fix-ation of femur in dogs,explore best oblique fracture internal fixation of femur in dogs,pro-vide programme for the rational treatment of canine femoral fractu一res,and summarize the clinical reasons for ineffective treatment of oblique fractures of the femur,and further to pr-ovide theoretical and practical experience in clinical work.Methods:Collect Changsha City Bo-bo Pet Hospital on April l,2014 to date clinical cases of oblique fractures of the femur and oblique fractures of the femur,respectively(the prox-imal,distal shaft)and internal fixation for the surgical fixation method(simple using plates,steel plate with tensile screw,intramedullary nailing combined with steel plate and intrame-dullary nailing combined with steel wire)4 cases for detailed analysis.Results:Experiment results displayed,simple using bone Board treatment unit back-bonelong oblique comminuted fracture,the stability is good after surgery,according to surgery before and after of X-line image compared can see,patient limb fracture parts reset completely,late wound healing is good,no appeared following sent infection,blow the operation recovery more fast,after 1 and a half month can removal of implants;Steel plate with tensile screw treatment femoral distal closed sex short oblique fracture,stability of both ends of the fracture after surgery is strong,in line with the biomechanical structure and the recovery was good;Intramedullarynailing combined with steel plate in treating femoralshaft closed short obliquefracture,internal fixation,wound healing.After 1 month they are free to walk,no obv ious fracture line;Treated with intramedullary nail and wire closed long oblique fracturesof the femur,fractures of the broken end of a complete reset,but the stability of this fixed way is poor.A week after the operation,the fracture occurred again in failure,and then the steel plate and tensile screw fixation was cxured.The odds of failure were too high,and the method was not recommended to use this method for internal fixati-on.Conclusion:Plate internal fixation and steel plate and intramedullary nail fixation is an effective way of treatment of canine femoral fractures.Comminuted fractures,old frac-ture location,as well as in the proximal or distal fractures,steel plate,steel nail and intramedullary nail fixation is the best.With the use of steel wire,the stability is poor,should strictly limit the sports in dogs after surgery,so as to avoid the occurr-ence of two fractures.This method is not recommended for internal fixation.
