As China continues to enter an aging society,social development and continuous improvement of living standards,China's family pets have continued to expand.According to incomplete statistics,7.5%of households in Beijing have pets,4.5%in Shanghai and 1.7%in the whole country.According to statistics from Champ Consulting,the number of pets in China increased by nearly 900%between 2003 and 2013.In 2015,the number of pets registered in China was 10.4 million,and the number of pets in general was more than 150 million.With the increasing number of domestic pets,pet-related diseases have also attracted the attention of pet owners and pet doctors,of which the number of dog fractures has increased year by year in veterinary clinics.Therefore,the study of a more appropriate fracture healing treatment program is the current need for dog fracture diagnosis and treatment.In this experiment,the wire was used to fix.There were 24 experimental dogs,12 experimental groups and 12 control groups.After anesthesia,fracture treatment was performed,and in the control group,bone plate internal fixation was used.In the experimental group,the wire tying method was adopted,that is,punching both sides of the broken end of the fracture,connecting the two ends with corresponding thick steel wire,the direction of the wire was consistent with the longitudinal direction of the bone,and then the wire was cut and the sharp part was flattened.Finally,the muscles and skin were sutured.The experimental results showed that the average time of the control group(71.7 min)was significantly higher than the average time of the experimental group(46.2 min).At 7d,14d,28d,42d,and 56d after operation,X-ray images were evaluated in each group.The fractures in the experimental group were well dissected and anatomically reduced.The surgery did not affect the articular surface.According to the X-ray film after 8 weeks,it was confirmed that the fractured end grew well.Less complications,healed.The experimental dog walks normally and the affected limb can carry weight.In the control group,wound healing and bone growth rate were slower than the experimental group at the same time.Blood routine showed more inflammatory cells at the same time than the experimental group.Biochemical results showed that all laboratory dogs had normal biochemical indicators.From the pathological sections,it can also be seen that the arrangement of bone cells in the experimental group is more orderly and dense than the control group.It is feasible to apply the wire cabling method to the canine long fracture.The surgical method greatly shortened the operation time,the amount of bleeding was very small,and the risk of surgery was greatly reduced.
